Answer:	I received the set with a distorted piece. Sent seller a complaint and they sent me backa replacement piece, which is not the same as the distorted one and not belonged to the set. I gave up since the whole process took too long and costly for me.

Answer:	You can. They sell different sets. The ones that say "induction pan", like these, work on induction stove top.

Answer:	Yes, they are suitable for all heat sources, a hob is a range grill, it is the European name for the burner rings or heat surface

Answer:	The largest pan that they all nest in is 11.75 inches across, and height of all pans nested is about 4.75 inches. I keep them in a drawer right under my cooktop.
