Answer:	My set arrived in a inner box that appeared to have been damaged. External box was just fine. The pots seemed to have rubbed together and some of the copper had been rubbed away. It is a beautiful set, but I am trying to exchange mine due to these cosmetic problems.

Answer:	I have not used the set yet. I do not care if it will scratch or not b/c they all scratch anyway. At least I will enjoy this stunning color and affordable price. For cleaning I am going to use soft material and baking soda. To prevent scratching I am trying to wash the dishes right away after I used them.
