Answer:	The ad reads this way: "SPIRAL & INDUCTION BOTTOM – Set contains a 2 quart saucepan with induction bottom which can be used on all cooking surfaces and a 1 quart saucepan with spiral bottom which can be used only on traditional gas stoves" I say this: the bottom of both pans are the same, I personally would not use it on a glass top stove. (I have gas and love these sauce pans, they are fantastic!) if you can see a picture of the bottom you will understand why I say this. Hope it helps!

Answer:	I believe instructions said up to 300 but I wouldn't advise it. Rubber handles but best pans we have ever owed hands down. They are AWESOME 😎👍

Answer:	I originally didn't use any oil like this other answerer and after a year I am having to replace our large pan because the ceramic surface has worn off the bottom and food gets burnt to it very easily (which requires scrubbing and therefore deteriorates the pan further). I will definitely be repurchasing but I will be sure to use some form of oil to prolong the life a little more. Also we use only silicone utensils in it to prevent any sort of scratching. Ceramic pans I have learned are pretty similar to iron cookware in that they do have to be kept conditioned, even thought they are originally slippery.

Answer:	I usually hand wash my pots and pans out of habit, but I have put it in the dishwasher occasionally and it was fine

Answer:	In fact, this pan holds 48 oz. when filled to its upper edge. So it's actually is a 1.5 quart pan. I'm pleased with my purchase. The pan and glass lid are well made. But if you need a sauce pan that MUST measure 2 quart (64 oz.), this isn't the pan.

Answer:	Instead of using screws to attach the handle to the pot, they used heavy duty rivets. They won't loosen up over time. The best way to do the job!

Answer:	It is 7". Keep in mind that the pan is not perfectly round (at least mine is not). I think others have had the same problem as the main complaint is that the lid won't fit. Hope this s helps.
