Answer:	The copper coating has chipped off after four uses but it is stainless underneath and still works fine. It's just not nice to look at. It's pretty frustrating for the price we paid.

Answer:	They do not work as they have no iron in them (induction requires iron to be present). When you shop for them in the store, take a magnet with you - if it sticks, it will work.

Answer:	If you want your pans to last, don't wash them in the dishwasher. Never wash a non-stick pan in the dishwasher unless you want to shorten the life of that item. Even my nice stainless pots came with a caution from the manufacturer to avoid the dishwasher and my anodized skillets definitely had that warning. Be safe rather than sorry.

Question:	Are the skillets non-stick
Answer:	They're not the "non-stick" like Teflon. In fact, when I first got them, I was afraid they'd be difficult to clean. Not so! Hardly anything sticks. If it does (I still haven't mastered making omelets in the frying pans), a quick soak in soapy water followed by a good hand washing cleans them right up! I'd take these over the more "traditional" non-stick any day. No worries about chemicals leaching out of a treated surface into the food since it's simply metal. Hope this helps!
Question:	I see that they sell the 10 in pan separately along with a lid. Does one of the pot lids from the set fit the 10 in pan
Answer:	The set, came with 3 sauce pans with lids, 2 fry pans and a Dutch oven with a lid. The largest lid fits the Dutch oven but does NOT fit the larger fry pan. Because of the flare of the sides of the fry pan, the inside diameter is 10-1/4" while the straight-sided Dutch oven inside diameter is 9-1/2". I hope this helps you.

Answer:	The same as the side, and completely flat. They work great on my glass top stove. And they clean up easily. I recommend purchasing an amp for your headphones. I noticed that the basic blue tooth to t.v. resulted in a 'bassy' sound. By putting an amp to the t.v., it not only allows me to plug in up to 4 headphones, but allows me to adjust the overall volume to get the best sound.

Question:	how to remove food odors from cuisinart and calphalon non stick pans
Answer:	We bought the Cuisinart 10" saute pan 8 or 10 months ago, but I do think I read from the info that came with the pan that they claimed the coating was lead and cadmium free. Really like this pan -- it is "non-stick" if you season it and treat it right.

Question:	Hello, I would like to know if the handles get hot on an induction cooktop
Answer:	I don't have an Induction stove top, but a Jen-Air glass cook top and the handles don't get hot, even with boiling water, so I don't think they could get hot on an Induction stove top either. I love my pots and pans and I'm sure you would too.
Question:	Why does this model of cookware not show up on the Circulon website
Answer:	It's an outdated "collection" but if you search for "premier" on their website you'll find it. My guess is it's the older version of what is now the "Symmetry" collection. This one does not use the "Triple-layer premium-quality TOTAL Food Release System" coating.
Question:	Are there lids that fit the 10” and 12” skillets
Answer:	The lid for the big stock pot fits the 12 " skillet and the there is a lid that fits the 10" skillet and a pot. I hope that helps.
