Question:	How many quarts is the biggest pot
Answer:	Oddly, it's not stamped on pots/pans nor is it listed on product brochure; however, the box says, made in china. But I must say, they are well made products. I've had my set for a couple years and bought my girlfriend one too. Like anything, if you take care and follow instructions--they will look like new and cook quick and evenly for years. But they do scratch easily of you use metal utensil...which they warn clearly against...plastic utensils are the way to go and the clean up easier than any dish you've ever had. And I should know cause I hate doing dishes--wish they were all made of this material :-)

Answer:	One of the lids will set nice on the large skillet, but does not "fit" snug. None of the lids will fit the small skillet with out hanging over the edge or falling inside the skillet.

Answer:	We didn’t realize that it was not dishwasher safe. So, after a few washes the outer coating starts to dull and rubbed off exposing the aluminum. We started hand washing. Though the interior non-stick is still great and we still use them. Don’t wash in the dishwasher.

Answer:	Hello. Stainless steel and cast iron products are made in China. All other products of Calphalon, including this omelette pan, are made in Toledo, Ohio. Bon Appetit!

Answer:	No, you cannot. Only stainless steel products are suitable for induction stovetops. The Easy System is an anodized aluminum product which is not suitable for induction stovetop cooking.

Answer:	Yes...These are oven safe. The company included a recipe for english muffins and crumpets which describes baking them in an oven. I actually use them on a griddle to make Alton Brown's english muffins.

Answer:	I use similar rings for baking individual cakes, both using wheat flour and gluten-free flours, and to solve the problem of leaking batter out the bottom I wrap the bottom edge in a layer of foil.....like you would for a cheesecake going into a water bath. Using these on a griddle, because of the high heat directly under the ring, the batter starts baking/cooking immediately but for oven baking, as the batter sits for a longer period of time in liquid form, the foil keeps everything contained within the ring. Also I spray/coat the foil and the rings in non-stick spray to make sure it all comes out clean from the rings. Happy baking!
