Answer:	Yes, per warranty info on copperchef.com & my previous paperwork from them, the limited lifetime warranty is on ceramic coating. I've been very happy with my previous purchases of Copper Chef pans (also the induction cooktop). I use my induction cooktop when I deep fry in my 9.5" deep pan so I can regulate the temperature.

Answer:	What they don't tell you is that Copper Chef only honors the warranty when you buy your pieces directly from Copper Chef/Tristar. Otherwise you basically have the 90 days that Amazon give you for a return window... Sort of a shameful business model.

Answer:	They say it dose not scratch, I use high temp plastic utensils. I have almost all of there products and like them a lot.

Answer:	Mine hasn't, but the highest temperature I have used is 450 degrees as well as broiling but only for 5 min. I love the sheet pan because racks fit in it. The sheet pan can be purchased separately with the "air frying" basket which is surprisingly easy to clean - be sure to get the extra large if you go that route.
Question:	Are they dishwasher safe
Answer:	Yes, but they are so non-stick that I just wipe them clean. However I do put the silicone pieces in the dishwasher.

Answer:	Yes it can, I use it on mine for making hot sauce and also cooking the last bit of maple syrup down. It works great.

Answer:	I wouldn't buy this pan. It leaks. It sucks. Buy yourself something good. I know its cheap price, but its not worth going thru the frustration. Trust me. They didn't want to give me my money back unless i sent them a video. I had it put back away and was extremely frustrated and didn't want to take it back out and put it together. They could have just gave me my money back. They were only willing to give me partial. Get yourself a better one. Spend more money on something that works
