Answer:	There is no Teflon. The aluminum inside is between a layer of stainless steel on the outside bottom of them and a layer of stainless steel on the inside bottom. In other words, if you cut the pot/pan in half, you would see three layers at the bottom, the 2 layers of stainless steel sandwiching a layer of aluminum. This is very common practice so you get the benefits of a stainless steel cooking surface with the even heat conduction of aluminum.

Answer:	Re: Use of pans in oven: Yes and no! Rcv'd the 12 pc Cook N Home cookware on 7/1/15. A small "Care and Caution" insert came in the box stating the pans can only go in the oven at temps of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or below, and the glass lids to 270 degrees. Another customer commented here the pans can be used in ovens up to 500 degrees, and the lids to 350 degrees. Being unsure due to the discrepancy I emailed NEWAY at [email protected] for clarification. They recommend to not put the pans in the oven in temps above 350 degrees, and the lids in ovens no higher than 270 degrees to protect them from discoloring. I emailed them a 2nd time asking them if using them in the oven at higher temps would damage the pans beyond the discoloration problem, and would they remain usable and cleanable? They replied "higher temps would not damage the function of the pans and they would remain usable and cleanable, but they would get discolored, probably in a rainbow type fashion". I haven't tried them in the oven myself but if you want the shiny stainless steel appearance to remain you should follow their temp recommendations of 350 degrees for the pans & 270 degrees for the glass lids. ... As for the quality and appearance of this 6 pan/6 lid set they all seem well worth the money. They are not super heavy, nor are they too lightweight. They are not as heavy as an old Farberware set I had, but they are heavy enough for home use and they are very well made. A good value for the $$. I would recommend buying them for home use. I will update this down the road should I notice anything concerning.Add'l comment: The manufacturer kindly answered both my emails the same day. Their office is in CA. The pans are made in China. The email address Amazon gave me did work but the website rerouted me to a newer website. Customer Service was very helpful and expedient. Question:	Is this the Pro line or just the regular? I understand that the description says Pro but the product name does not
Answer:	I had them on the glass top range. The range will be just fine but the pots get tiny scratches, but that is just by being stored. I bought mine five years ago and none of the sautee type of pans still work. They all stick now, a lot - I had to just throw two of the most used ones away and I kept only the small pan. The quality you would expect for the price is just not there. :(

Answer:	I do believe that the non bonded parts of All-Clad are made in China. Not 100% certain, since I bought my cookware over 5 years ago, but that is what I hear now.
Question:	can this cookware be used on a glasstop stove
Answer:	Yes, there is a very small strip on the edge (2 mm or so), which is simply the layer of aluminum between the layers of steel. Even though All-Clad states these are dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing your better quality knives and cookware.Chefs Corner Store
Question:	Do the lids to the pots fit the skillets as well
Answer:	the consensus answer I have found online is that copper core is NOT worth paying extra for. the all clad line with best temperature performance is actually the MC2, but the regular, 3 layer sandwich of SS around aluminum is the all-around winner because it is versatile (i.e. induction capable) and dishwasher safe, unlike MC2. started searching because I was contemplating purchase of a calphalon accucore set that was "deal of the day". learned the most at centurylife.org in an article about "is all-clad worth it". the answer was yes for the d3 all-clad but not for copper core.
Question:	Watched the video and I'm still confused.. Does this set come with a fried steak
Answer:	In all of my research before purchasing my All-Clad I have not come across the use of 304 or 316 surgical stainless, only 18/10. The Tri-ply cookware line that I have purchased (from Amazon and elsewhere) features a 3-ply design, 18/10 steel cooking surfaces, aluminum cores for the even heating, and the highly polished exterior 18/0 stainless for lasting beauty and induction compatibility.
