Question:	Do the pots loose the pretty copper shine? Must one continually use copper cleaner
Answer:	Of course they do they are copper, a reactive metal. If you want them to stay pristine for display, buy them hang them, and do not use them. If you want to use them but want them to look new, get out the elbow grease, some Bar Keeper's Friend, and some Wright's Copper Cream. If you want to use them and aren't hung up on how the copper looks (it'll work just fine even with the patina) the use them and be happy.

Answer:	The pot thickness would be 2.5mm or more seems pretty sturdy. I would say copper thickness it is less than 0.25mm, it's just seems electroplated, not a sheet of copper. It's almost as thick as moisturizer layer one would put on skin. My skillet turned very light shade of pink and steel

Answer:	It has graduated "step" inserts built into the bottom of it that fit into the 1.5 and 3 quart sauce pans only. The chamber at the top is larger than either of those pans and it holds a decent amount of food for steaming. These are very nice pans, especially for the price.
