Place the jaw exerciser ball into boiling water for 20 seconds, remove and shake off water.
Place jaw exerciser in your mouth and firmly bite into the center of bite strips until the fit is comfortable, hold 10 sec.
Repeat the biting motion on jaw exercise for 3 sets of 20 repetitions.
Wash jaw exerciser thoroughly with water and soap, before and after every use. Dry completely with paper towel before placing into it's box.
