Answer:	Love this little thing. Let me go count. Ok, about ten "normal" sized per cubby. Fewer if you get the fancier, organic/artisan/fair trade tea bags, which tend to be larger, and well, fancier.

I did notice that the drawers with only a few tea bags moved more easily, and the full drawers were more likely to stay in place. Any more than 30 degrees, they'll probably come out.
