Answer:	Four gallons of strike water takes about 20 minutes (depending on ambient temp) to reach 160 degrees. Once grains are cooked and sparging done, it takes about 15-20 minutes to reach boil.

Answer:	yes you can preset mash temp to your desired temp but there is a 6 degree swing for the thermostat. so it will drop to 143 then turn on and heat up to 155 then turn off. I'm very happy with mine it hold mash temp well because of the double wall design and if you insulated it you should be able to hold the temp you desire and not have to worry about the 6 degree swing on the termostat

Answer:	I am not sure that this would be the right product for melting beeswax it has a sensor that will turn off the heating element if covered.
Question:	Is it used to melt beeswax
Answer:	If you are extract brewing and dump everything in before it dissolves, it can cover the sensor at the bottom and give this error. Also, anything like a hop sack that lies on the bottom would do this. Just make sure no solids lie on the bottom while the heating element is on. You can turn the unit off while you are pouring ingredients in and let them dissolve to avoid this. When you get this error, you have to reset the switch on the bottom of the unit.

Answer:	Dear Customer, Thank you for your question. The max capacity of the Rozmoz electric gooseneck kettle is 0.8 liter. And the inner wall of the kettle has the largest water injection reference line, you can refer to this injection line to avoid boiling water overflowing the kettle.
Question:	can you tell how much water you are putting into the kettle
Answer:	YES - The kettle sets on it's heating element. If you don't unplug the heating element, it will return to the last temp when turned on. After a few seconds it will show the current temp of the pot and start heating until it reaches the last temp entered or remembered. It will show the temp of the water as it heats. You can even change the temp while heating as long as the new temp is higher than the current temp of the water. Once it reaches the set temp it will turn off or you can use the hold button to keep the water at the set temp. When you remove the pot the heating element turns off. When you replace the pot, you need to turn the heating element back on to keep any remaining water at temp. The heating element will return to the last temp entered. If you unplug the unit and then plug in, it will turn on at the default lowest temp.

Answer:	While I didn't see any info in the manual; my direct measurement with a watt meter puts it around 1450W on initial power-on, then drops a bit (~1420W) as it warms up.

Answer:	You have to press the auto start button daily. The tea maker remembers the settings you chose. Like say you set it to brew at 7am, the next time you press auto start, it will tell the tea maker to brew at 7am without you having to set the time again. I wish it was more like an alarm clock where you press auto start once and it keeps making tea at the same time every day until you tell it to stop, but I've never been able to find something like that for tea.
