Answer:	I understand Almond oil has many uses including skin and hair. Your local health food store can advise on that. I use it to coat the bottom of skillets for cooking. Almond oil has the highest resistance to heat and will not burn. The oil will not break down with extreme heat like olive oil which should never be used for cooking.
