Answer:	In addition to Randy B.'s CommentOne of the Most Important features/ changes to the 870 is the ThermoCoil Change, as the 860 had a Bolt together two Halfs with a seal sandwiched in between the two halfs this was a Possible failure point and could Leak down the road. I have seen reports of the thermo Block of the 860 leaking, But the new 870 uses a ThermoCoil, it is a Full length of Stainless Steel tubing (the water only comes in contact with the stainless steel) that coils around a few times nothing is Bolted together as the tubing is one continuous length to eliminate Leaks, and is surrounded by Aluminum, this alum houses the heater and makes for Fast heating up, for steaming and cooling down to 200 degrees for pulling the shot, so temps are more precise than before. This New ThermoCoil is a big Improvement over the 860 model. I saw a cut away version of both the 860 thermo block and the 870 thermoCoil the 870 is a much better design and should last a long time, as long as you don't run it out of water and burn it up. Answer:	You have to fill the reservoir with water, add coffee to the brew basket and then press the On/Off button. The coffee will begin to brew and the carafe heater will turn on. Make sure you aren't pressing the on/off button that is on the left side of the unit. That is for espresso. The On/off button for coffee is in the front.

Answer:	It froths the milk first and then makes the espresso. However you only have to push one button. When you choose cappucino or latte, you just place the cup on the machine and it will first send frothed milk into your cup and then add the espresso. It is very user friendly.

Answer:	Yes. The machine will automatically stop running when the brewing and foaming cycle finishes, however the rear power button must be turned off manually. It is not necessary to turn off the machine, but I personally do. This one of the best espresso machines that I have tried. My family uses it 2-4 times a day. It works perfect every time.

Select your favorite beans and grind them using the easy to use Electric Bean Grinder (120v). For best results grind for 20-25 seconds.

Tamp your grinds

Using the included Spoon/Tamper, Tamp your beans firmly into the portafilter.

Lock in the portafilter

Lock the portafilter into the machine by inserting and turning to the right.

Turn the dial

After pressing the On/Off button the Green light will illuminate, indicating the machine is ready to brew. Turn the dial to the Espresso setting and the espresso will begin to extract. When you have reached your desired amount, turn the dial back to the middle setting.

If you want to pre-programed shot volume, please follow the steps: Press and hold the 1 cup or 2 cup button, when you get desired shot volume, you can release the button. Answer:	did you fill the reservoir that is the back of the unit? Take it off the back and fill water and fit back onto unit. You should fill below the Max level line. The nob on the front needs to be turned to the left position. Make sure to have a cup to receive the water. Turn to the right to get the steam.

Question:	Can ese pods be used
Answer:	Yes they can. There are two filters included with this machine and one is specifically designed to fit ESE pods.
Question:	More espresso comes from the right spigot than the left. Has anyone else had this problem? I literally get twice as much from the right side
Answer:	It could be your grind. It could also be the way you are tampering it. Those 2 things will throw your shots of espresso off.
Question:	Is anyone else having trouble twisting the portafilter into the center position? Mine stops quite a bit shy of center and won't budge
