Question:	What color is it? I want get a Titan one
Answer:	I was always afraid to put them in the wash so since my daughter used them for heavy soccer practice/games, I had to figure something out as the stench was getting stronger. I turned them inside out to dry then used either a Lysol wipe or Wet One to wipe down the inside of the brace and kill germs. Make sure all is dry before wearing again though. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, the brace provides gentle pressure toward the medial side of the body forcing the patella to track properly if it tends to move laterally. You can adjust the amount of medial pressure by tightening the two straps.

Answer:	There wasn’t a trick that I noticed. It’s just really tight unfortunately. I struggled to get it above my knee, too.

I just spent many years looking a “better cup”. I found collectivo in 2014 and haven’t once been disappointed. I don’t have to look any more. A better cup simply isn’t possible. Answer:	The tank is made of glass. The only issue I had with this coffee maker is that if you live at altitude (anything above about 1500 ft) it won’t work ... it will just boil water and never release it over the grounds.

Answer:	One more thing. I think I remember seeing this in the reviews. The tube that sits under the knee cap and puts pressure on the patellar tendon I found to be way too stick and uncomfortable. I had to pull it out and replace with a softer and slightly smaller tube. Now, it fits well and feels much better. For a slim sleeve, it does pretty well. I also said they fit small. Above my patella I measure 14.75 inches. I bought a large and that fits with the compression I want. So I'd say don't be afraid to go up in size.

Answer:	This knee support stretches over time especially when you sweat after exercising or walking, but it should still give you support. My measurement above the patella is 15" which is a medium, but I bought a small and it fits perfectly. As for XL the manufacturer measurement is between 18"-20". I hope this helps.

Answer:	I agree with previous reviewer - this machine does not make good froth. We purchase a CBTL frother and when it dies we get another. Makes the creamiest froth even from 1% milk. We have tried many and found this is the best one.
Question:	How many liters or ounces of water does the water reservoir tank hold
Answer:	I saw that and my research discovered positive news...its not your DeLonghi :). Acrylamide is a by-product of the coffee bean roasting process, so any coffee that contains roasted beans, including instant coffee, will contain small amounts of this chemical. Lab animals given 1000 to 100,000 times more a day developed cancer. No kidding! As a result the state of California made it law for manufacturers of products related to roasted beans must provide the P65 Warning. Studies also showed the human body breaks down the small amount of AcryIamide in coffee. Bottom line enjoy your JAVA! I just suggest not drinking 1000 or more cups of coffee a day. :)
Question:	My order didn’t come with water harness test strip, where in the box is that located or was mine just missing it
Answer:	We have been running our machine for 3 years and have never used the filter and it works perfectly every day. There is a light that goes on that suggests you descale your unit - which is always a process. We haven't done it for over a year (and a half) and it still works. Probably a good idea to do it periodically because calcium can build up in the narrow passageways and could stop your flow. Even filtered water will create buildup.
