Question:	just set up the machine and filled the water tank, but the water is not coming out?! I followed the instructions and watched the video...WHAT TO DO
Answer:	If you have the tank seated, so it clicks in and feels secure, then I suggest contacting the manufacturer. Also, something to look out for, the wand connector is plastic and deteriorates over time. Mine broke a few months out of the warranty period and it cannot be replaced. I didn't move it back and forth very much; perhaps I should have.
Question:	I have yet to be able to pull a consistently good espresso with good crema. What can I do differently? This is a new machine
Answer:	make sure the grind texture is appropriate, if the grind is too soft I have a more difficult time getting the flavor I want. Also when you pack it down don't pack the grind (coffee, espresso) to tight. I will stamp it 2 or 3 times at most. I most of the time get a thick layer of the crema. I had work in a cafe for 3 1/2 years and that is how I learned, obviously, to make cappuccino's.
Question:	My espresso maker will not make more than half an ounce of espresso at a time. Does anyone know what could be wrong
