Average quality towels have a GSM of between 400 and 600. Superior quality is 600 and above. The more grams per square metre means that the towel are more absorbent and longer lasting.”

Answer:	Excellent question. There are a few of reasons: the richer/darker dyes cost more and they take a longer to absorb fully into the cotton fibers. Also, it is harder to be precise when replicating the colors and any cotton fiber imperfections can make the colored towels look blotchy, thus the rejection rate is quite a bit higher with the darker colors. Finally, the mill makes many times more white towels than it does any one of the colored towels, so there is economy of scale with the white. Let me know if you have any other questions. Russell

Question:	The instructions say to just press the on/off button to brew coffee. when i do that it just heats the heating plate. how do i actually brew coffee
Answer:	You have to fill the reservoir with water, add coffee to the brew basket and then press the On/Off button. The coffee will begin to brew and the carafe heater will turn on. Make sure you aren't pressing the on/off button that is on the left side of the unit. That is for espresso. The On/off button for coffee is in the front.
