Starting the Roaster:

Initiate the roast with four simple steps: 

1. Fill in the green beans into drum. Put the chamber back to its base properly , on the top of the gas burner.

2. Switch the power switch on, turn the gas burner on

Answer:	Yes, the coffee roaster machine is Teflon non-stick base.
Question:	Is the plug 3-prong
Answer:	Yes. The coffee roaster machine work by a 3-prong plug. The plug is a US plug.
Question:	Are you able to cool the beans, within the roaster after your roasting cycle? Or do you need a separate bean cooler
Answer:	I try to get them out right after second crack. I turn off the roaster and pour the beans into a pan to cool.
Question:	How to unscrew the screw holding the arms in the center, it says to remove it to clean. I cannot get it to unscrew.....should I try harder
Answer:	It does come undone but you may need a wrench or pliers to hold it secure. Watch what the order of the scrrews when you take it apart. It was alittle tricky to get it back in the proper order at first. You will figure it out but it helps to know this in advance. But my husband loves it and he doesn't mind as all about these inconveniences.
