Answer:	It is a good 15 feet up in the air. I was concerned of the wind since it was so high up, but so far it has held up in with the bigger wind gusts. There appears to be no issue with the height. We cemented the pole sleeve into the ground to make sure it was sturdy.

Question:	Is there any safe, effective way to keep wasps from inhabiting the bat house
Answer:	Hi there! We've designed the bat house with a 3/4" inch opening, which is a size recommended by experts and that have been known let bats in while reducing the likelihood of wasps nesting inside. The most effective way to prevent wasp nestings would be to manually check the bat house and clean it out of any nesting material. It is generally recommended to do that once a year before the spring. But If wasp nestings are too common in your area, you may benefit from conducting a visual check on the bat house (while bats are not there) once a month to make sure wasps have not set up a nest inside. Answer:	Hi there! Based on the research and the extensive experience of bat scientists at BCI and MTBC, there is no evidence that bat attractant sprays or bait are effective at all in attracting bats to your bat house. And so it is safe to say that you could save your money from being spent on attractants :) If a bat house is installed correctly and meets several important criteria, bats are pretty good at finding it on their own. When they are scouting for a home to roost in, they are able to detect nooks and cavities while flying! Here are some of the most important criteria for installing a bat house correctly: 1) It is placed somewhere where it can receive at least 7 hours of direct sunlight. 2) it is at least 10 to 12 feet above ground. 3) Avoid installing your bat house on a tree as that will make it a fast food restaurant for predators! 4) It is within at least half a mile of a body of water. 5) For this particular 4-compartment bat house, it has proven to be very successful when installed on the side of a house or a building. The reason being is that your house will act like a heat sink that will help regulate the internal temperature of the bat house. Those are some of the things that will attract bats into your bat house! There are more proven tips that you can apply to make sure that your bat house is installed correctly. Answer:	I don't think so. Most umbrella stands cannot tighten enough to stabilize the pole particularly with it becoming top heavy when you attach a bird feeder or bird house to the top.
Question:	Couls I attache a weather station to this? Is it steady enough
Answer:	How large is the weather station? We have a bluebird house attached, however I believe it is steady enough to support a 12" x 12' platform bird feeder also. Ours is working great, but we have also sunk a small section of a 4x4 into the ground..attached a flange and inserted bird/feeder poles for more durability. It just depends on your soil.
Question:	no directions came with this...anyone have step by step instructions how to put this pole in the ground? Nothing seems to be working right for me
Answer:	The three poles get assembled/screwed together. The threads should guide you which ends to screw together. The flat base attaches to the top for the feeder/house to attach to. Attach the flat mount to the bottom of your feeder/bird house first, then, attach the mount to the three poles once you have the pole in the ground. The skinny rod is to screw it into the ground. Attach the screw to the bottom of the pole and put the skinny rod through the hole in the pole. Set the pole where you want it and start turning on the skinny pole. A level helps to keep the pole straight. Screw it down far enough so it gets a good grip into the ground. Put the flat bracket/birdhouse on the top and you are ready to go.

Answer:	Smart Start heats then brews in one simple process. No need to wait for the brewer to heat before selecting brew size. Power on your brewer, add coffee, then select your brew size. The brewer will heat, then automatically begin brewing. Clock allows you to set an Auto On time. Unit only takes 45 seconds or less to heat up, and I brew one cup only, so I never use Auto On (timer). If this unit is on and warm, it takes about 60 seconds to brew a cup of coffee. Having this brew the coffee before you are up and ready to drink it is a waste of time because it might be cool before you get there. There is no pot and no warmer like in a drip coffee maker. It does not need one. Press to start, butter your toast, drink your HOT coffee. The big timesaver is the huge reservoir that allows you to make eight or more cups of coffee without having to refill it. The K elite will change the way you think about making coffee in the morning. Question:	Not touchscreen? Why the step back
Answer:	It's really not needed. I own a K575, which has a touch screen, and I think that this is much simpler. Plus no touchscreen to dirty up with fingerprints. This machine is simpler, and I believe that's one of its selling points. Should one really need to be choose a wallpaper for the screen of their coffee maker too? On the other hand, if you want to be able to tell the time by looking at your coffee maker, something you can easily do with several of the Keurig 2.0 machines, though the K-Elite has a digital time display, it can only be viewed by looking down on the machine from above. So if that's important to you this machine might not be a good choice.
Question:	Will the k-elite machine accept non-branded (not marked keurig) k-cups, and make coffee using these generic non-branded k-cups
Answer:	Yes! This new Keurig machine is not a "2.0" Keurig. It does not have any DRM to prevent you from using whatever k-cup you desire. This machine is very reminiscent of the older Breville BKC700XL machine, except it provides separate button for each cup size plus it has options for "iced coffee", strong brew, and high-altitude brew.
Question:	What are the differences between K-Elite vs K
Answer:	I own both of he machines you're asking about. Differences are: The K575 is a "Keurig 2.0" machine, so it uses an optical detector to prevent you from using non-licensed k-cups. The K575 has a larger reservoir. The K575 has the ability to us the Keurig carafe, as well as the larger pods (which sounds like an advantage, but good luck finding those larger k-cup pods anywhere except the web). The K575 has a color digital display. The K-Elite has a high-altitude brew setting, is a much simpler machine, and seems to be built rock-solid. Of the two machines, I much prefer the K-Elite. It is smaller and a little more quiet than the K575. Plus without the DRM stuff it's simpler internally. In my opinion it is probably the best Keurig machine for home use built to date. And if you shop around you may be able to buy this unit for as low as $125, much less than I've ever seen the K575.

Answer:	If you only drink coffee clean the machine once a month. If you drink tea run clear water thru the machine after brewing the tea. If you make hot chocolate give the machine a though cleaning after making the chocolate, do not let the machine set without cleaning.

Question:	Can you use "pods" not made by Keurig
Answer:	You can use any brand "K" cups in this coffee maker including the filter cups to use your own grounds. But you cannot use the large "pods". This is just an old fashion Keurig coffee maker that works great.
Question:	does it come with
Answer:	The K-55 Does not come with a filter attachment. My wife purchase the filter attachment (Black) with reminder dial...not compatible. Supposedly the filter attachment for the K-55 is the clear plastic one that goes into the cold water reservoir and snaps to the bottom outlet. Goin to order it now. Yeah we made that mistake.
