Answer:	Don't buy this coffee pot. Be prepared for the cheap plastic knob on top to break. We used ours pot daily for the past 3 years. Once a year we have to replace the plastic knob. OK, there only $6.50. buy two right! Well the last one to break I call the company for a couple replacements. They don't just sell the knobs anymore you have to purchase the whole lid for $17.00. I told them to forget it. Buy a pot that has a glass knob! Spend the extra money.

Answer:	No, it does not re-percolate after the first cycle. If you leave it plugged in after finishing, it is essentially just a hot plate that keeps the coffee warm. It will not percolate already hot coffee. If you want it to percolate the same coffee more, it has to be cooled all the way back down somehow. This basically defeats the ENTIRE PURPOSE of a percolator in the first place. It essentially is a drip coffee maker with a water heater, and takes away any control you have over how long it percolates or how strong it can make coffee. That is why there is a clear knob on top, so we know to KEEP it percolating. With this one, we can't. So what's the clear knob even for? It is a complete joke.

Answer:	Plastic, ours broke twice not replaceable. Loved the coffee it made but it should be glass, removable for better cleaning. Not buying a third pot.

Question:	What is the measurement from the counter to the bottom of the spigot
Answer:	The pot is not in my possession. It is at another location, but I do remember that you can fit a regular China coffee cup under the spigot, but not regular sized 8-oz Paper cup. It might be necessary to place the pot itself on a stand or solid block to raise it. The pot itself is wonderful. less cumbersome then other 45 Cup and fast.....
Question:	What is the spout clearance from counter to bottom of spout
Answer:	Can't answer the questions because we haven't used it yet, and it's stored at another location. (We are a small theatre company and planned to use it during our intermission, however, the play has been postponed until fall) and I am not at the location where it's stored.

Answer:	It's hard to belief the questions asked these days. I have had this coffee maker since 1994, that's 25-26 years when it was still built in USA, burning your hand and I have big hands isn't an issue unless you have hands like a gorilla. I take the guts out (quickly) right after perking and don't burn my fingers. The pot has three major parts, a thermal switch that starts and stops the perking, a big perk element for brewing and a keep warm element to keep coffee warm after brewing. My keep warm element burned out about 5 years ago so coffee slowly cools off till pot's predetermined temperature trips it to perk again. That's why I take the guts out of ours after perking.
Question:	My old 12cup Fabwrware electric percolator had two prong plug. Does this newer model have a three prong plug? I use a timer for my present 8 cup with 3 prong
Answer:	if you like strong coffee, heaping tablespoon per 2 cups. Courser grind for a little weaker. I suggest to use a flat filter on the bottom if using fine grind unless you don't care about frit in your mouth. The last 3 I bought broke within a year each so enjoy it. The quality has disappeared since made in china

Answer:	check percolator parts at amazon.they have model numbers see if your pot matches model numbers. they have a 2 prong one. i clicked faberware percolator cords. they are about $9-$10. they also have 3 prong cords as well.
