Answer:	No it does not have auto shutoff. You cannot tell from the box or the manual (since the manual is generic and covers a large number of models). I called the manufacturer. They said if you cannot see a clock on the front of the coffee maker, then it won't have an auto shutoff. I sent it back since I know I will often forget to shut it off.

Answer:	It probably works. The light on mine does work, but it's gotta be in a dark corner for me to see it on. In any case, unplug it after it's done working, after 10-12 minutes or so. To better steep tea in this device, bend two jumbo paper clips so they lie flat in the tea bucket but stick down through the little hole 1/2 inch or so. This enables hot water to back up in the tea bucket, and tea bags actually steep. Otherwise, the hole is too large so the hot water runs out quickly, wetting the tea bags but not really steeping them. With this "hack", she's a great tea-maker that takes up minimal counter space.

I have seen reports of the thermo Block of the 860 leaking, But the new 870 uses a ThermoCoil, it is a Full length of Stainless Steel tubing (the water only comes in contact with the stainless steel) that coils around a few times nothing is Bolted together as the tubing is one continuous length to eliminate Leaks, and is surrounded by Aluminum, this alum houses the heater and makes for Fast heating up, for steaming and cooling down to 200 degrees for pulling the shot, so temps are more precise than before. This New ThermoCoil is a big Improvement over the 860 model. I saw a cut away version of both the 860 thermo block and the 870 thermoCoil the 870 is a much better design and should last a long time, as long as you don't run it out of water and burn it up. It is not necessary to turn off the machine, but I personally do. This one of the best espresso machines that I have tried. My family uses it 2-4 times a day. It works perfect every time.

Answer:	No, there is not one out there that I am aware of. However, I found a reusable that was from a company founder with a great startup story, and I just bent the bottom over so that it fit okay. Worked well, and I was pleased to support the company and family.
Question:	How tall is this? I want it to fit under the counter
Answer:	It is surprising as tall as a standard coffee maker, but with the catch basin it sticks out a little farther than our Krup standard coffee maker. The catch basin is removable so it does fit in our coffee brewing cabinet,
Question:	Is there a reusable filter that can be used with this
Answer:	It doesn't come with one, but there are reusable filters that you can buy separately.
Question:	Do you have to go through a deep descale cleaning like a Keurig? My Keurig clogged all the time
Answer:	Not sure. We have only used a couple tanks of water since owning it. My wife prefers our old method of brewing so I have gone back to that.

Answer:	The carafe holds 60 ozs. One cup is 5 ozs. of brewed coffee on a Mr Coffee machine.

Answer:	Yes Sir, the old fashioned way... milk chocolate and heat and stir constantly. The CocoMotion does it for you. You can use ANY forms of cocoa Mix or Mocoa mixes, etc... add herseys syrup or any other flavors to the milk to tweak your cup the way you want. We LOVE ours. NO ONE makes Cocoa better than this cocomotion. I can make Swiss Miss Amazing just by adding a bit more choc syrup. IT's off the charts insane how amazing this is. FYI I am NOT a paid spokesman. This Product really is this flat out off the charts Awesome!!! Worth the price!

Answer:	Yes that is correct. If if breaks they will not be able to replace or repair it.

Answer:	Put liquid in, either milk or water to fill line. Add in hot cocoa & other ingredients to your liking. Put the lid on in the closed position, push the on button & it will mix itself. It'll turn off on it's own when it's been heated up to the programmed temperature. Pretty simple! Good luck! I've had mine forever, also grew up with one & now my family & I absolutely love it!! ❤

Answer:	I bought my 1st one at Linens N Things for $15.00!!! They don't make them anymore so I guess that's the reason for the high cost now. They're hard to find so jack up the price. It's rated as the #1 hot chocolate maket. I've had a few over the last 20 years. My last one died right before Thanksgiving. So sad. I LOVE my Cocomotion but not enough to spend $150.00!!! I even wrote to the manufacturer to find out if they had any laying around. Lol Haven't heard back. 😢
