Answer:	H-E double hockey sticks YEAH, it does. This bad boy has some MEGA torque. I mangle the beaters all the time and this thing will just keep on trucking. I've had it doing so much work that I had it on 9 and it was going to speed of 1, I do a sugar cookie recipe that's basically (not giving away any secrets!) 1 cup of sugar a stick and a half of butter and 2.5 cups of flour. You can beat it all the way to the end. I always mix in chocolate chunks with it, but that bends the wires sometimes.

Answer:	Just got mine today and struggled with getting the cord inside the container. The photos do not show the cord inside, just the accessories. This is a bit deceptive. What I did was wrap the cord up and slip it into a clear Zip lock bag. Then it fit better, and it will also keep the accessories cleaner as they will not be touching the cord that probably will not be as clean.

Answer:	If you're like me, you will tear them apart before they even get a chance to start rusting. I crash through frozen butter, chocolate chips, and I pulverize the edge of the bowl if something stray gets stuck on it without being homogenized first. After the many beatings (no pun intended) I gave them, sometimes now I have to bend them back in shape so they wouldn't bang and clack against each other as I mix my latest batch of AWESOME. I probably use them 2 or 3 times a week, probably 20-30 times total, and I put them in the dishwasher every time. The weld point at the tip where the two wires come together has been broken by my abuse, but I just bend them back into the general shape they are supposed to be, and then turn them on even if they are still a little bent, as they smash together they will bend themselves free of each other. I'm buying another set of them though; not because I'm not perfectly happy with my poor abused ones, but just because sometimes my cookie cycles outpace the dishwasher cycles. Answer:	The chute on mine from the '70's is thick plastic and is lined with stainless steel, not the vertical part, and the blade piece is really thick plastic with rows of serrated blades, easily cleaned with a denture brush-not a tooth brush. When juice bars began in the '70's this was what they used and if you're going to be making a lot of juice even if not the extra bit of money for the commercial grade is worth it, it's why mine is as good today as when we bought it. It can juice wheatgrass but it works best if you combine it with carrots or apples, harder things so you can alternate as you juice. You'll want something wide with a pouring spout or just a bowl to catch the juice underneath the chute and a bigger bowl at the end where the pulp comes out, it will come out as dry as can be and makes good compost. It's a very powerful juicer and will last you a lifetime, with parts available from the manufacturer, it's easy to take apart for cleaning, the twist on/off chute is all one piece with the bottom spout that holds the screen in place just slides off, the blade piece slides off/on the motor stem, handle with care, and the wooden-still? pusher is all you have to clean. The juice bars had two or three of these plus blenders for smoothies, Captain Midnights were a great carob, banana, protein powder, honey, milk and ice combo, with a scoop of ice cream option, that satisfied, was enough for two people. Carrot with dandelion greens and or wheatgrass or just about any combo you can imagine can be made with this thing, it's a good investment for your health and can always be sold used for almost what you paid for it, they're that good!

Answer:	It is so simple to answer that , it will last 30 or more years ! I have one I bought in 1982 and I did buy another to have for two ! The best on the market if you ask me . I can juice 25 lbs. of carrots with no problem. I did have to replace the blade after 33 years ! I love mine !!

Answer:	It doesn't take long. I would say 2 minutes. Parts come off very easily and just wash them under lukewarm water. Brush the screen/filter for 15 seconds. We use this machine almost everyday.

Answer:	I do not own the 8006. I did buy the NC800 HDS and I am very satisfied with its operation and results. An excellent juicer.

Answer:	Use a soft fruit first, strawberries, peaches etc. then a hard fruit, carrots, ginger etc. alternate between the two. The hard fruit seems clean out the filter so juice keeps a coming.

Answer:	I had a 8006 before I upgraded and I would say it's not worth it. The big difference I noticed was that I didn't have to cut cukes into four pieces lengthwise anymore, half would suffice. Since I juiced spinach everyday for the past 3 weeks on this machine and for 1 year on my old 8006 I noticed that juicing was quicker but if I still had my 8006 at the time of purchase I wouldn't have bothered with the NC800. If you have money to burn I then buy it, it's a nice enough upgrade but if you are counting pennies, don't get it.

Answer:	I just got off a half hour conversation with a really nice lady at Omega, and I had the same question. The NC800 and NC900 are identical, by the way - the only difference is the color. The differences between the NC800/900 and the 8006 is the larger chute and adjustible end-cap. That adjustible end-cap lets you fin Omee tune the amount of pulp in your juice. The lady at Omega said some people can find there's a learning curve to using the end-cap. I just ordered the NC800 because of the wider chute. By the way, the J8004 and J8006 are identical machines, just different colors: J8004 is white, J8006 is chrome COLORED (not chrome metal). The NC8004 is cheaper because it takes an extra step to apply the chrome color.

Question:	Can you juice only wheatgrass ? I read that you should use a carrot (hard veg) to push down to avoid clogging, but what if I only want to juice soft
Answer:	There were not any replacement parts, but when I accidently put a seed through & broke the auger & dented the strainer. When I told them, they sent me a new one. They were great about it. I ordered their Robot Vacuum too & it works great also.
Question:	What is the correct pulp adjustment number for each vegetable and fruit? More info then just 1-2 for fruit and then the 3-5 for vegetables, please
Answer:	Carrots are Ok, but you must cut into 1 1/2" long pieces first. They also juice better if you mix celery, or cukes, etc. in the chute. Wheatgrass will juice, but you need to cut first into 1 1/2" long pieces, or they wrap around the auger, and don't feed properly. I have this concern being evaluated currently by their engineering dept. Customer service has been very responsive to my emails. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There are tons of recipes online about using juice pulp! I use mine for making a vegetable broth, or even as the base for a puree soup like ginger carrot soup! Question:	Can this machine make ginger juice or not suitable for juicing ginger root? Just wasn’t sure if ginger is too hard for this machine
Answer:	While I typically use carrots in most of my juices, I have juiced mainly soft stuff and it works fine, with the exception of maybe mango. Fruits that tend to be a little gummy like that seem to tend block the screen after a bit. But mango did that when using carrots to push it through, too. If you only want to juice soft things, do a google search on "best juicers for soft fruits." I found a lot of into that helped me make my decision. I went with this juicer because it's a "slow" juicer, and I wanted to juice a lot of things, but also be able to juice leafy greens well for green juices.
Question:	What do people use the leftover non juice for? Is it a waste to throw it away or use it for fertilizer
Answer:	The pulp adjustment number doesn't need to be exact. It's more of an art than an exact science. I haven't noticed a major difference between using 1 or 2 for fruit. You will notice a difference between 5 and 2.

Answer:	From the Omega website: "NC800/900 compared to the 8006: The size of the feed chute is larger so you spend less time prepping before juicing. The adjustable end cap with 5-settings increases juice extraction efficiency. Use setting 1 for citrus fruits and setting 5 for tougher items like wheatgrass."So to be clear, the NC900 and the NC800 are identical, just don't confuse the NC800 with the 8003, 8004, 8005 or the 8006 because those are older models.Look for the "NC", because that's what tells you that you have the latest model and remember, NC800 and NC900 are the same except for the cover material or color.

Question:	how many cups does the reservoir hold
Answer:	I am not familiar with the Tribest FS-610 Fruitstar, but I also juice fruits with my GSE-5000. The GSE-5000 works best with a hard food like carrots or Fuji apples or kale. Some apples and most fruits are so soft that I need to be careful or the juice backs up and comes out the input hole. I am told that Green Star makes a fruit accessory that makes it easier for fruit. There is an adjustable, spring loaded, relief valve to decide when the pulp can come out. Since I want all the juice that I can get, I keep it adjusted at the tightest position. I was told that the fruit accessory is just a relief valve with a weaker spring and that if I would just have the normal relief valve at the 'weakest' setting, that I did not need the extra fruit accessory. That idea has been good enough for my needs. I have also taken the fruit pulp and run it through again at a tighter pulp valve setting to get more juice. Because, now it is dryer. But, I suspect that many would not want to bother. I suggest that the GSE-5000 gets so much more juice than most others that it is worth the bother. The Norwalk Juicer may be the best as it appears to juice anything. But the price and the size are both gigantic. The FS-610 may be easy, but how much juice does it get? If you are willing to buy the FS-610 and the GSE-5000, I suggest that you buy the GSE-5000 first and use it a while before you buy the FS-610 as you may find that the GSE-5000 is all you need. I did. Some friend really like their Breville. I am not sure which model. Perhaps the Juice Fountain® Duo. They juice carrots and oranges, etc., just about anything, and it is easy to clean. But, I believe that my GSE-5000 makes more juice from the same amount of juice and that the centrifugal juicers oxidize the juice more.
Question:	Can you use it with one hand
Answer:	I am not an expert, however I have used a lot of different juicers. If you are going to start a business, I would think you need more than 1 type of juicer. Certainly the Tribest is a very good juicer. However there is another juicer, also available on Amazon, called the Super Angel all stainless steel twin juicer - 5500, however it sells for $1349.99 ($1024.00 used). I have not tried this one, but I imagine it would probably be the best. Whatever you do, don't get one of those vertical masticating juicer like the Omega or the Hurom, because, they cannot handle heavy duty juicing and they tend to clog up if you feed too much produce too fast into the machine. I purchased one, and sent it back, the next day. They also would not be able to function well if handled by someone who doesn't know what they are doing, like a minimum wage employee. I would also not get a single auger juicer, since any stringy vegetables tend to get wrapped around the gear. For a juice business you would want a different juicer for citrus fruits, that just squeezes the fruit, you don't want to put citrus through a masticating juicer. You definitely don't want to use a masticating juicer for sugar cane. There is a Youtube video where someone tried that and it was a big disaster. You need a special heavy duty sugar cane juicer for that. I would also recommend a high speed centrifugal juicer if a customer intends to drink the juice immediately.

Answer:	In addition to my previous response, I can't answer on the wheat grass. The Green Star does well with harder vegetables and fruits and has an adapter for softer vegetables and fruits.
