Answer:	I would say approximately 4 oz because they are the same size as my standard metal muffin tin

Answer:	It does not have a coating. It is made of silicone. It is very easy to clean, but I still have to spray with oil or my muffins will stick.
Question:	Does washing this in the dishwasher remove the non-stick quality? Our first one was run through the dishwasher and no longer has the shiny surface
Answer:	I wash mine in the dishwasher, and although the shiny surface isn't there, they are still non-stick. It does leave a spotty surface. Sometime I just wash them by hand instead of using the dishwasher and they do look better but it doesn't seem to affect use. Same thing for my silicone microwave popcorn popping bowl.

Answer:	No
Question:	Is this a seamless form
Answer:	The inside is seamless and the top edge is rolled over to form a seam on the underside. I don't recommend this pan because it warps every single time it goes into the oven. I recently bought a Chicago Metallic Commercial II - aluminized steel - non stick - baking sheet - 14.75 x 9.75x1 inch and it works so much better with no warping.
Question:	What is the cup size of the muffin tin, I'm trying to making morning buns and hoping its the right size, as I know some muffin tin cups are larger
Answer:	I don't know what a "morning bun" is. The cup size is 2.5" across the top and 1.5" deep. A standard size cupcake paper cup will fit in these.
Question:	do you grease the pan or use no oil at all
Answer:	The instructions that come with the quarter-sheet pan say: "Do not use any type of oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. These sprays can cause residue build-up that is difficult to remove from all types of non-stick bakeware. " Earlier they say: "When preparing the Pan, follow your recipe's greasing and flouring instructions" They also say: "We do not recommend a baking temperature above 450F/232C. Do not use under the broiler." And: "Hand wash with warm, soapy water and promptly dry." And, "We do not recommend cutting with sharp tools in the Pan. Use only nylon, wooden, silicone or other coated tools to protect Pan surface."

Answer:	I just poured 1/4 cup water into it, and there was a little more room, so I would guess it holds about 2 1/2 ounces.

Answer:	It is exactly 12 7/8" long (so, just barely under 13 inches) 9 1/2 " wide, and 1 5/16" tall. Each muffin hole is 2 11/16" wide (just a little over 2.5") and 1 1/4" deep.

Answer:	There is no non-stick coating.
Question:	Is there a seam, or are the cups pressed out of a single sheet of metal
Answer:	Does not have ridges or seams, yes-pressed from a single sheet as far as I can tell. I have to add that this is by far the best pan I've used since my youth....I've given away all the non-stick dark colored pans.
