A: You will be charged immediately for your first box. Your renewal will occur on the anniversary of your sign up date. For example - If you signed up for your subscription on October 1st, you will renew on November 1st.

Q: Are returns accepted?

A: Yes, all toys must be unopened to receive a refund. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your box. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned box.

Question:	I am a 14 year old but I’m doing sixth grade science am I too old for this
Answer:	It depends on how much you want to learn coding. My grandchildren were 10 and really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. The 1st package has 6 lessons in it. The next package has 6 more. Each lesson builds on the last ones. You have to have a good memory and practice frequently in order to remember the sequences. My grandchildren and I did fine until the 6th lesson in the 1st package. It was a lot of fun, but you need to have patience and determination. I think it’s more math related, than science. You can always buy the 1st package, cancel the subscription and start the subscription later if you are still interested. Hope this helps. Take care.
Question:	Can more than one child use this? Or do I have to purchase a separate kit for each kid
Answer:	You can set up multiple children’s accounts. No charges. Each child can work st his/her own pace. Once set up, the accounts can be accessed from multiple devices.

Answer:	To get the most out of Bitsbox, a kid should be able to read a little bit. I'd say 6 years old, but that's assuming either your child can read OR a grownup is willing to sit and help out.

Answer:	I think it's perfect for a 10 yr old. Very young children enjoy manipulating the apps but do not, as yet, understand the ability to write the code that directs the action.

What ages is Raddish for?

Raddish is for kids 4 to 14+! Young children enjoy working alongside an adult while older kids can take on an exciting role preparing family meals.

What kind of "themes" can I expect? Do the kits repeat?

Each Raddish kit features a surprise theme that generally falls into one of four categories: Seasonal Spotlights, Global Cuisine, Creative Cookery (science or imagination-based), and Holiday Celebrations. Our kit themes never repeat! A kit’s theme cannot be chosen in advance—that would ruin the surprise!

Our Story

Our company is run by a dynamic, committed team of chefs and educators with more than a decade of experience teaching cooking to kids. Founder Samantha Barnes combined her experience as a middle school teacher and mom of two to launch Raddish: a cooking club and curriculum for children of all ages with tens of thousands of subscribers across the country!

Slime Lab

Young chemists will experiment and flex their chemistry and doodling muscles by creating four kinds of slime. Kids will create black chalkboard slime and doodle on it with chalkboard art markers. They'll also make glow-in-the-dark slime, fluffy slime, slime fish, and glow worms and test alternative slime recipes using conditioner and gelatin.

Human Body Lab

While our boxes are designed with kids ages 2-10 in mind, we have subscribers as old as 14 and have even spied a number of adults having fun with our projects! We provide open-ended instructions that are intended as a jumping off point for kids to encourage their creativity and ensure that small kids can practice basic creativity skills while older kids can get more sophisticated with their projects.

What types of materials do you use, and where do they come from?

Some of our favorite supplies to include in our boxes are recycled felt, recycled paper, and recycled ribbon. We also love to include natural materials like wool, yarn, colored sand, clay, canvas, noodles, cruelty-free feathers, shells, jute twine, cotton fabrics, and wood. We source project materials and packaging supplies from reputable, sustainable companies that have a green standard.

How many children can use one box?

We provide a lot of materials for one child – many of our projects, but not all, can accommodate two children. Collaboration is a great part of any project, and we encourage children to work together as they explore each new art and science concept. You can also choose to order an additional subscription. Question:	Can you use a cake pop pan? I know it is not necessary, but will it still work the same
Answer:	No cake pop pan needed, as these are made by hand : )
Question:	Which kit is best for preschoolers
Answer:	Chocolate chips, Muffins, Granola bars, Bugs, are the most simple and easy to make, the other kits will probably need more input from an adult but are doable too. Happy Baking!
Question:	is the recipe kosher
Answer:	All Baketivity ingredients are kosher certified by Star K and CRC. Plant facility are certified by the FDA.
Question:	Do you need a special cake pop pan to make the cake pops or does the kit come with what you need
Answer:	So this one is a little different. You bake the cake as normal in a 5x7 pan (I used normal size pan and put parchment paper inside and folded it so that I only used half the pan because I don't have a 5x7 pan). Once you bake, then you crumble it up, mix in frosting until it is a dough-like consistency, and then you'll make that into ball shapes and stick your cake pop stick in. After that, you freeze for 30 mins, then heat your chocolate melts and dip each cake pop in and the chocolate hardens so it looks like a traditional cake pop. The only thing you need that's not provided is water, white vinegar, vegetable oil, and a cake pan and parchment paper or non-stick spray (I had all of these in my kitchen already). Hope that helps!

Question:	Why can’t i “add to list”? this is the perfect christmas gift, but i can’t figure out how to add it to our kids’ amazon wish list
Answer:	I just added the Amazon Chrome extension. Then I could add to my wishlist from there, and then I could move it to my kid's wishlist from my list. A little bit of a work-around, but it seems to work! I'll probably remove the chrome extension after the holidays.
Question:	What day of the mth do they ship & which mths? in other words, is it dec, feb, april, june, aug, oct or is it jan, march, may, july, sept, nov
Answer:	The boxes ship every other month based on your purchase date. If you order today, June 19th, your box goes out the next business day. Your second box processes on August 19th and goes out the next business day, your third box goes out on October 19th, and so on. Basically the box ships when you order it and then every 60 days after that.
Question:	Are the boxes different every 2 months
