Can you use these to cut sandwiches

Answer:

Only the spines that are touching the bowl. They do not really go flat, but bend towards those spines that are not being pushed. The brush really does a good job & like most, it does not rust. The 1st one I bought is 4 months or so old & acts like I first bought it. Works well enough that we purchased a second one for the another restroom. If you had one that did not move, it seems to me that it would scratch of the finish.

Answer:	To move the housing and the plunger at the same time you have to pick up on the housing. This is because when you pick up on the handle and life the plunger out, the housing automatically opens up to release the plunger.
