Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Answer:	I ordered half sheet pans and Silpat inserts at the same time. I tried the mats as soon as they came and they fit well. Only a small edge around the entire pan that was not covered. For my style of baking / cooking, it was okay for me.
Question:	Pans turned green washing with regular soap. Is there a special way to wash these baking pans
Answer:	I do not know, what soap you maybe using, as I have washed mine several times (by hand and I use Dawn liquid detergent) and have not had a color change issue.

Answer:	Yes! A family fave I make on these is garlic butter roasted Brussel sprouts. Use "If You Care" parchment paper on them... It will keep them spotless, even when working with greasy foods you'd normally make on the stovetop. Ie: bacon, potstickers, hotdogs. Makes those types of food come out less greasy. Clean up is SO easy, no more messes on, or in, the oven! Only time they get gunky is when my husband uses them. 🤔 Make sure the parchment paper goes ALL THE WAY UP, ALL OF THE SIDES of the sheet! Answer:	The one that came with mine is 11-1/2" x 8 with a rack. I also bought a couple of other pans 1 is 9 x 6" with actually three pans in one. Another is 12 x 8-1/2 ".

Answer:	6" x 8" x 1" for the shallow pan. 6" x 8" x 2" for the deep one. They work great, but would not recommend for long broils.

Answer:	"Aluminized steel with a non-stick interior" is the description. Nordicware's website further states:"Our bakeware coatings are and have always been PTFE and PFOA-free, since an entirely different formulation is necessary to release sugars (associated with baking) than proteins (associated with meats and dairy).Our cookware coatings can be one of several formulations, depending on what substrate material they're being applied to (cast aluminum versus aluminized steel). We are able to state that PFOA is not present in any of the coating formulations that we currently use on consumer cookware products. PTFE (an entirely different compound than PFOA) is the material that gives nonstick surfaces their "slipperiness" and is widely used in consumer cookware coatings, including many of Nordic Ware's stovetop cookware products.Teflon ® is a registered trademark of DuPont and refers to a specific nonstick coating that they exclusively manufacture. Question:	i just cant believe the diff opinions on this crisping sheet wow! amazon needs to get the exact dementions on these products so consumers arent mislead in size and Quality of these products before there purchased
Answer:	The secret to that is to never mistake the package dimensions for the product size. You are correct though, they do need to do more to scale things for size like familiar objects in the product photo to gauge them.

Answer:	It’s aluminum
Question:	Looking for 2 no edge,very thin cookie sheet. I use it as a spatular on the grill to flip a very large burger. Air bake cookie sheets are too thick
Answer:	Not what I would use. Look up “world greatest spatula “
Question:	what is the difference between large classic cookie sheet and the insulated baking sheet
Answer:	I have used an insulated sheet previously and they don't brown as well on the bottom. You may like that however. After several years the cookies started to stick. I still use it but with a silpat. I haven't actually used my large Nordic pan yet but I assume it will work like the jelly roll size pan. If greased, floured or covered with parchment the clean up is easy and I like the light browning on the bottom of my cookies.

Answer:	They are a hard plastic and I think they would be okay in top shelf of a washer but not sure because I have never owned a dishwasher.

Answer:	don't believe so. Size of arc would mean leaving out pieces would not leave a round shield any more.
