Question:	Hi, Do I need to order a mesh with this machine and do you have domes to go with this machine
Answer:	We did not need mesh to use this machine. No dome comes with it, small amount of fly up so one would be nice but not a terrible mess without it
Question:	What’s the Warranty on this product? I see I couldn’t buy a protection plan
Answer:	it's from a Chinese company so i really dont think there is a warranty. in the manual it mentions one but there is no time period or registration and the website on the card took me to a chinese new website or thats what it looked like. but you can get replacement parts on ebay. just have to make sure the connectors on the bottom of the spinner head match.
Question:	This is my first time using a machine with a fuse. Could you explain how to use and what the knob is for
Answer:	the knob controls the temp. you set it all the way up till you start seeing strings of cotton candy appear. then turn it down to between 50 and 90V. the lower the temp(50) the slower the candy comes out the higher (90)the faster. 100-110 is to much and only used to get it started. and that takes mine around 3 min. always drop your temp if you smell burnt sugar. you can clean the heater head by poring in a little water after you kill the heat while it's still spinning and still hot. if its black burnt you'll have to take of the screws to clean it out. hasn't happened to me but it can.

Answer:	Hello! Thanks for checking ! When using hard candy, only use candy made with corn syrup such as LifeSaver and Jolly Ranchers. Bite size candy can be placed whole in the head (use 2 or 3 pieces, evenly spaced), and larger candy can be crushed and poured in. It will then spin out of the head like normal cotton candy sugar. Answer:	Nuts and gluten (wheat) are both allergens. Vegan means no animal byproducts are in the formulation. The only ingredients in the flossing sugar are sugar, vanilla and food coloring. Therefore the only risk of food sensitivities would be the FDA approved food coloring. In short, yes they are nut free, gluten free, and qualify as “vegan”.

Answer:	“What is the difference between 405 and 806?” I believe the difference between the two is 401.

Answer:	Never tried maple sugar, but I wouldn't advise it. Anything that is too sticky will "gum up" in the unit and it's a real pain to scrape it off. I use floss sugar made for this unit. You can purchase it at a Smart & Final store if there is one near you. Much cheaper than anywhere else.
Question:	Did you ever get it to really work? I've tried candies and floss but ave had no luck! Is there a trick to it
Answer:	Yes, I've never had any issues with it. Are you making sure to let it warm up? It does need to be turned on for about 5 minutes prior to putting the candy into into it, then it only takes a few moments before it starts spinning candy. Don't get me wrong, you don't get a lot. It's not like cotton candy at the fair, but you can always put two candies in and then after they spin out, put two more in and make a larger one.

Answer:	Nooooo. Have tried does not taste good. A lot of sugars will burn if not used the proper cotton candy sugar. There are some kids cotton candy machines that can use hard candies to make cotton candy. But the commercial version I believe gets too hot or something with the way it spins.
Question:	We will use adult supervision always but curious if there is a way to possibly protect hands from the fan blades since they're so sharp and exposed
Answer:	My grandson loves this Cotton candy machine as it makes a continuous supply for all his friends and they are able to twirl the paper sticks themselves so sounds like your child is much younger as twirling does not get near blades which are inside the center hot spot that is on ‘off’ when adding scoop of sugar floss. Our grandson is 8 and assuming your child is much younger, so I would suggest purchasing the clear dome ‘globe’ which will keep little ones hands way above the blades/hot spot, so they each are able to do what they love best-twirl (make their own) cotton candy!!! Adults of course would continue to pour the scoop of sugar floss into hot spot but the kids could still pic which flavor you will pour? You will see at their parties and play dates and neighbor kids etc will ALL love that independence of making their own treat! Have fun!

Question:	Is it quiet
Answer:	It makes some noise but not crazy loud.
Question:	Can I make my own colored sugar for use in this machine? Will it still come out nice and fluffy? I want to make with out dyes or preservatives
Answer:	I don't know. Perhaps you can. I used a professional machine years ago and we used regular sugar and added powdered flavoring. You cannot flavor your sugar with a liquid and have it work

Can i use hard candy

Answer:

Pre ordered on Nov 11th, said available 30th. Ship date not available for a while after that. It did say Jan 4th - Feb 22nd the other day, today got changed to Jan 11th - Feb 13th. Complained to amazon several times and they just say it didn't have a guaranteed delivery date at the time of pre-order. I thought that's what pre-order meant. Funny they still are selling it with a release date of Dec 31st as of now. Which I told the agent and no comment. Amazon basically gave me one of these ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
