Answer:	Outer height is 2 3/8". Inner height is 2 1/8". That's about 1/4" shallower than my other 7" springform pan (which is no longer available).

Your oven heat soaking time will be approximately the same for a diametral shape or a square/ rectangular shape. Pretend it's a 10x10 inch shape - use the recommended bake time and, as usual - do the toothpick test. Hope this helps.

Is this springform pan anti-scratch

I'm not sure what you mean by "anti-scratch". I purchased it because I prefer a metal pan WITHOUT a non-stick surface. This is a metal (aluminum) pan without any special surface coating. It depends on the person using it to use butter, parchment paper, or something similar to facilitate food release. I have had steel spring form pans with a shiny metal coating in the past. With use, the shiny metal has scratched through to the steel beneath, resulting in patched of rust. This one looks as though it will be more durable.
