Answer:	Yes - leak proof from the actual spring form pans but if making cheesecakes you will still need to cover them in aluminum foil if submerging them in a water bath.
Question:	Can I simpley make my (regular sized) cheese cake recipe and expect it to fit in these 3 minis or would I need more
Answer:	I purchased 3 sets (9 pans total). I made two batches of my regular cheesecake recipe (9") and used all 9 the 1st time. I cooked them exactly the same (water bath, temperature, and setting time) but for 1/2 the length of time. They came out a little thin so I made 7 the 2nd time. I cooked them an extra 10 minutes and they came out much better. The crust was a little thicker and the filling a little taller. I had nothing but compliments both times.
Question:	Can I stack them and bake a tall cake
Answer:	One can only stack the layers AFTER they are individually baked. If using a full recipe, one will need a minium of four to five pans to bake the cake. I have done this using the 7-inch pans. Three 7-inch pans will bake a full recipe beautifully and make a three layer cake. I am purchasing six of the 4-inch pans which should yield four to five 2-layer mini cakes.
Question:	Any tips on how to clean the inner rim? I get cake batter in it and it becomes a pain to clean. -_
Answer:	I just soak them for about 10-20 minutes in hot soapy water and then run a round double-pointed toothpick around the rim to clean it.

Question:	What is the inside diameter of the pan? I know it says 7 inches but I know the inside isn't 7 inches exactly
Answer:	Outside is a little under 7", the inside diameter is 6-1/4"

Answer:	Even without non stick spray, the cheesecake came out just perfect. I was able to go around the pan with a silicone spatula to loosen it up a bit, and then opened the springform all the way, and the ring just comes off easily. To remove the cheesecake from the insert pan, I just took a long narrow spatula and went in gently between the cake and the pan, and it came out easily and pretty to serve!
Question:	How deep is it actually? A couple reviews said that the base was elevated and it was on the shallow side

In the beginning, Nordic Ware’s product line was only a handful of items, all of which were specialty Scandinavian ethnic cookware products. But times have changed! 70 years later with a good measure of perseverance added, Nordic Ware is still proudly manufacturing the vast majority of its products in Minneapolis. With wife Dotty at his side, Dave Dalquist returned from WWII to start a business. From humble beginnings in a basement, Nordic Ware has become an internationally distributed kitchenware brand with a variety of product lines, hundreds of products and millions of fans!

Still a family owned and operated in the US, the company is honored to occupy a place in the new Food History exhibit at the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C. Last fall, Nordic Ware was chosen for the prestigious 2015 Minnesota Manufacturing Award for Sustainability, which firms we work hard to minimize our environmental footprint. A spring form pan allows you to easily remove a delicate cake such as a cheesecake or torte without damaging it. Ours is made of even-heating heavy gauge carbon steel to aid in even browning. The durable nonstick coating helps release fragile cakes with ease.

Question:	Is the bottom removable
Answer:	I use a rectangular cake pan that holds two cake mixes. Wilton makes them. Be sure to wrap the springform pan with a double layer of alum. foil to prevent water from seeping into the cheesecake. Hold each piece of foil up to the light to be sure there are no tiny holes in It from the cutter on the box. Make the foil big enough to go all the way up the sides of the pan and form it around the pan.
Question:	My pan leaks water like crazy when I tested it. Is this normal
Answer:	Super easy to do the clasp is an open and close function . The bottom plate attaches around the bottom edge of the round upper circle piece
Question:	Would this fit in an 8 qt Instant Pot
Answer:	I actually did use my pan to bake a cheesecake and the pan did not leak whatsoever.
Question:	Is this springform pan ok to use to make a spaghetti cake? Is ok to use red sauce in too, or will it ruin the pan
Answer:	If you fill the pan to the brim it will overflow during the baking process. I wouldn't fill it higher than 3/4ths full to allow for expansion. We've made two cheesecakes in our pan using the Instant Pot pressure cooker with the New York style cheesecake recipe from this old gal.com website for pressure cooker recipes. My springform pan is a 7" to fit into our pressure cooker.
