| Answer: | Hello I am heavy chested and I’m 198 and I originally bought a 2x and it did not fix. So I had to size up to a 3x. So it depends on how heavy you are up top. So if you are not heavy at the top a 2x will do if not I would do a 3x because the shape wear it fits to the tee. Hope this helps! |

| Answer: | It's stainless steel (SS), most likely type 304 which is a fairly common cheaper grade. When made at the smelter (giant multi-ton square rods), the 304 WAS magnetic. But when cold rolled into a thin sheet the structure of the steel CHANGES from austenite (magnetic) to martensite making the SS non-magnetic. In short is is not only the nickel/chromium content but the internal structure that determines if it is attracted to a magnet. If you could heat this pan to a cherry red heat, and then cool it, it would turn magnetic again because you changed the structure from autentistic to autentistic. (Not advised unless you have an inert atmosphere furnace). If you want to learn more search "magnetic response of stainless steel." |
