The size is perfect for soup but my question is, is it difficult to get the ravioli out of the mold

Answer:

This is the one model I can tell you does not contain fiberglass. A friend who made PPE for nurses uses this specifically for that reason. HOWEVER, I could not take it apart and have any usable material left. The back did not come off easily and there were globs of glue that I did not try to gently pry off, maybe I should have, but when I stretched out the filter cloth, the glue tore holes in it. So if you want it to use as a filter in a vent, it is great. If you want to harvest the material for a mask, maybe you will have better luck! Stay safe!

Answer:	there are nuts on the end that tighten the wires, however it does not work properly. I ended up returning mine because of the low quality. I honestly thing this was just made to be displayed not actually work. I really hate to slam a product but I also hate to see people waste their money. Answer:	We have a pasta roller attachment on our Kitchen Aid and just press the pasta dough through that then lay it over the ravioli maker. The alternative is to roll the dough out with a rolling pin until it is the thickness you would like for your ravioli. Roll it so that it is about 1-1/2 to 2" wider and longer then the ravioli maker. As you place the filling on the dough, you gently press it down into the cavities. Then you roll out more dough that is about the same width and length of the ravioli maker and lay it on top of the 1st dough and the filling. Use the roller that came with the set to roll over the top dough.

Answer:	It has been for me but I have only used it once and so have only washed it once, but it came out looking fine, nothing broken, nothing rusting as of yet. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have used mine several times and I just wait for them to dry if there is dough on them and wipe in off with a dry rag. I have used warm water with a little soap to make sure they were clean and dried. I have not tried the dishwasher because it was never necessary.

Answer:	It is very leveled, very good for making dumplings. Depends on the quality of your dough. If you use too much flour it won't stick. Or if it's too wet it won't seal.

Answer:	20 years of metal working/welding makes my best guess stainless steel sheet metal (with a decent amount of chromium). Hard to give exact answer with out destroying one to find out... Its not aluminum that is for sure.
