Answer:	It works great with the measurement height attachments on everything I've needed...roll out cookies and pie crusts. I'm sure it would be just as wonderful on pasta.

Answer:	No. I don't know if the rings are BPA free; however, I wanted to point out that the rings should not come into contact with your dough. Used properly, the rings are outside the width of your dough and touch the counter surface, not the dough. The way I use this roller is to put the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it. Took me a few times, but once perfected, NONE of the roller will touch the dough.

Answer:	It is 13.5 inches long and with the attached sizers it is 16.5 inches long.
Question:	I have never heard of anything being rolled to 1/6 of an inch. Does anyone know if it is actually 1/8 of an inch
Answer:	It does say 1/6" on the disc, I just measured it and its a little over 1/8" (like 3/16ths)

My passion for creating healthy food led me to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Food Science. HEALTH & PUT THE "FUN" IN FUNCTIONAL

After using Wooden rolling pin and cleaning once it has small splinters coming off of the surface. And the wood shavings would get into the food.

The silicon surface of the silicone roller has uneven bumps in it and may not smooth.

Therefore， When you using the steel rolling pin with rings, it wouldn’t have some wood shavings into dough. All you can see in the picture, The surface of the stainless steel rolling pin is smooth and shiny.
