Answer:	Heat is heat, right? So it shouldn't matter unless you are trying to put it on top of a flame. My gas oven blows the hot air into the oven and around the pan (nice convection action) but it should work on standard non-air blowing ovens too. The thing that killed my older pans was my tendency to use pizza slicers and other sharp instruments on the surface which eventually wore away the no stick. They ran many times in my dishwasher on high heat and in my gas oven at usually 350F. Searching the website for these pans produced the following guideline: This pan is oven safe to 450°F / 232°C. It is not intended to be used under the broiler. So just keep your temperature under 450F and enjoy!

Answer:	It's stainless steel (SS), most likely type 304 which is a fairly common cheaper grade. When made at the smelter (giant multi-ton square rods), the 304 WAS magnetic. But when cold rolled into a thin sheet the structure of the steel CHANGES from austenite (magnetic) to martensite making the SS non-magnetic. In short is is not only the nickel/chromium content but the internal structure that determines if it is attracted to a magnet. If you could heat this pan to a cherry red heat, and then cool it, it would turn magnetic again because you changed the structure from autentistic to autentistic. (Not advised unless you have an inert atmosphere furnace). If you want to learn more search "magnetic response of stainless steel."

By combining the results of the Tensile properties test and the GDS Chemical Analysis I found components common to the Liaoning province of China. In addition a call to the Ashan Prefecture Counsil Chairman who confirmed that the Fox Run Brands of Ivyland, PA had indeed hired a local manufacture as evidence by the "Made in China" stamp on the front side.

Answer:	I just wash with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly. I haven’t noticed any rust.

Answer:	I have never had that happen. I use them frequently, dozens of times, to make cookies, as well as loads of other foods (biscuits especially take a hot oven) and have never had one of them warp on me. I've had my sheets for years.
