Answer:	I don't know grass fed from grain fed, all I know is that these things are awesome! I just have to control myself to not eat the whole box in one sitting. I have had the lamb and the chicken so far and I REALLY like the lamb! Get them, you won't regret it...

Question:	how deep is it
Answer:	It will fit, but there may be some slight movement of the rack in the pan. I would recommend putting foil over the pan, laying the rack over the foil and then lightly crimping the foil around the edge of pan. The foil may stabilize the rack a bit and you will have easy clean up if you are planning to roast something in the oven.
Question:	Why does mine stain so easily? It has lots of brown stains on it after only a dozen or so uses
Answer:	We have not had any issues with rust - although we don't put them in the dishwasher either. We wash them by hand and air dry in the rack. We have been happy with the quality, I'm glad I spent a little more.
