Answer:	This is not non stick. Stainless cleans so much easier. I got rid of my non stick ones.

Answer:	I purchased this rack to replace my worn out non-stick rack which I use to cook turkeys that weigh 25 lbs. or more. When I received my order, the rack was in a box labeled "chicken rack. " The box itself was slightly over 12 inches. The rack I was replacing is 16 inches long so I didn't bother opening the box and returned it. From experience, I knew the rack I received was not big enough to accommodate a 25 ib. turkey.

Answer:	I use it in my 18 quart roaster. Not sure on oval roaster.

Answer:	The rack is not stainless or chrome. I bought it, I held it in my hand, I cooked with it. There's a big difference between stainless steel, chrome plated and black. The rack I have has some kind of black coating on it that chips off. There are other reviews that have the same problem.

Answer:	I believe they could be used to seal turnovers, just be sure to apply even pressure so that the seal is closed all the way around.

Answer:	It is not a tarp material nor is it soft like a blanket. Somewhere in between. I use it to protect my leather back seat and put a towel or blanket on top of the cover, depending on the weather. In winter I use a soft cover and in summer no additional cover is needed. Dog likes it. It keeps the sand and gravel and mud off of the seat. I am happy with the purchase.

Answer:	I don't have a car seat, but don't see any reason why you wouldn't still be able to use one. The cover has openings to allow access to seat belt buckle, as Kyle stated, and the upper straps are usually placed around the rear headrests (but they can still be moved up or down despite the strap around them), it doesn't obstruct access to the car seat anchors in my Hyundai (or in my previous Honda) LOL, They market the seat cover for pets, but it will equally save your seats from infant created spills ;-)
