Question:	Can someone tell me the diameter of the stainless steel discs
Answer:	I have not made fruit pies or cobblers, but it did not react with tomatoes which are also high acid. I have fermented Muscadine grapes, a variety of Scuppernong in a stainless stock pot with no problems. My guess is your old one was not pure stainless. A good stainless steel will not react.
Question:	I have arthritis in my wrist and want to know if anyone thinks this would be easier to use than original presses. Does it eliminate twisting
Answer:	I did not cook my tomatoes before using the mill, and that's exactly what I used it for-- to remove skins and seeds. I dipped the whole tomatoes in scalding water for a minute or two to loosen the skins, but did not cook them.

Answer:	I bought the Black Leather helmet and it was not cheap, It was well made and seemed to deserve its "DOT Approved" label. I do not know if this same quality stretches over to a hard shell helmet.

Answer:	They weigh just under 2lbs. The are real carbon but its laid over a fiberglass shell so you have the carbon finish but its not super light weight

Answer:	The only graphic on my helmet is the DOT rating.

Answer:	The one I received was Chinese. Not a single word in English and the brand name did not match either. I sent it back. I also wasn't sure if it's fiberglass material or they just printed the pattern to make it look like one. Very disappointed. Also the fact that Amazon let's this happen.
