Answer:	Yes, seated, height is adjustable. However, the easel may need a backboard for an 8x10

Answer:	The length would be a problem with any easel. Say 6' or more--it will be tipsy side to side. The jaws can handle about any depth in my opinion if they are tightened well and the artist doesn't go violent with wild passages or paint. The jaws are for up to 1.5" depth or less canvases. This is one fine easel, and I have been using less quality ones than this for over 50 years. Have fun! s.m.

Answer:	I have used this pan at least 30 times to make pizza from scratch for my kids and no warping at all. Could be that those who are experiencing issues have the oven rack in the wrong placement and the pan is too close to the bottom heating elements which get to 1600 degrees on their cycling.

Answer:	The outside measurements at the rim are 17.75 x 13 exactly.

Answer:	I don’t think so. The sheet pan quality is excellent. The deluxe part is I guess the oven rack. But the rack is not made by Nordic ware and is covered in a cheap non stick coating that is only oven safe until 400. I ended up having to buy a better quality rack that was stainless steel and oven safe to 500.

It has a bright plating to prevent oxidation (rust) and for easy cleaning. I purchased it for the purpose of placing it under a convection oven to catch any drippings.

Answer:	We haven't used it much, so I don't know if the coating will wear off. The pan is fairly easy to clean but the rack is more difficult. It takes a fair amount of scrubbing, but does clean with some effort.

Answer:	I would assume so but go to All-Clad.com and get the exact answers to your questions. I'm sorry not to be of more help. I just own the 11 pc, 15 pc of All-clad copper core cookware. Have had no real issues with the quality or usage. I also have the largest, medium and lasagna pans as well.

Answer:	Carol, Under NO circumstances would I buy either one of these!! I believe they both say "rotini". At least one does. Rotini is not a true All Clad product with the three ply construction. It is a stainless steel construction. I wish I had paid attention to all the reviewers at the time who stated this fact. (I got carried away with what I thought was a fantastic price) It is a NIGHT and DAY difference and I don't even understand how the name All Clad can be put on it. All Clad is a fantastic product because of the three ply construction. I have had their pots and pans for decades and I LOVE them. A great investment. I ended up buying the Caphalon pan in the smaller size after I read the reviews from Cook's Illustrated. Both brands are excellent but there were some aspects of the Caphalon pan that I thought made it a better product. I have found their reviews to be excellent and unbiased and their rational for choosing Caphalon made sense to me. I have used it and been extremely happy with it. A pan from Target or Wal Mart would be better than this construction, in my humble opinion. If you are an All Clad buyer, you will never be happy with that rotini pan. NEVER. ClaudiaSue

Answer:	Yes, the silicone handles are rated for around 400*f or so. However, I would remove the silicone and use slip on cotton handle mitts, that way I can slip them off easily when going from the stove top into the oven. I don’t care too much for introducing a silicone plastic inside the oven, even though it’s rated for it.

Answer:	The EZ models have handles that are not attached by rivets. Thus, the EZ models are touted as smooth rivetless models. The interior is smoother without those slight bumps and company ads say without rivets there is less chance for bacterial contamination...or at least easier cleaning of the exterior.

Answer:	It's supposed to be flat, but the logo on the bottom is so heavily embossed that is causes a small, raised area at the center of the cooking surface; A small amount of oil will drift away from the center. I attached a pic of the area in my review.
