Fats that are solid at room temperature are best; vegetable oil and nonstick spray tend to polymerize in high heat and cause a sticky residue buildup, which in turn causes cakes and batters to stick.

Answer:	Look I don't like sweet drinks myself. I really like this protein mix because the sweetness is very subtle.. just enough so that it's not bitter. I've tried many protein shakes.. and I have to admit this is one of the best I've tried. It's not powdery, chalky, sweet, or too thick . The vanilla flavor is not over powering either. If I had to compare it to anything, I'd have to say that it tastes like almond milk with a hint of vanilla. It's smooth, but with a slight nutty flavor. It's one of the best tasting protein shakes I've had.. I've been taking it after the gym in the AM as a replacement for breakfast.. and I like how I stay satisfied for at least 3 hours. Not sure if this is TMI but I love how it makes me go to the bathroom more regularly. I'm assuming it's because of the flaxseed. Overall, I tried this because a friend of mine recommended it and I actually think this will be my go to protein shake moving forward. I think you should give it a try! If you like almond milk, you'll like this for sure!

Answer:	It's one piece but there is a slight circular seam where the cup itself meets the flat top part of the pan. Some bread/cake pans with seams, even very expensive ones, will collect water and rust but I have not had any problems with this one. It's really a great pan!
