Question:	Does anyone else have trouble getting the lid off? Is there a secret
Answer:	Looking at the pictures here on amazon, it appears that the company has tried to solve this problem by notching the lid where it locks to the pan. But if you have the old style lid without the notches, hopefully I can help. I have been fighting the lid for over a year. I always forget how I got the lid off the last time. The problem is that the lid has little plastic nubs on the edge that snaps over the rim of the pan. If you remember where these nubs are, you know where to apply pressure to pop the lid off. Last night, after fighting with the lid for over 5 minutes, an idea hit me. I got a permanent magic marker and boldly marked exactly where the nubs are. Now I simply pull the pan's long side against my body, place my fingers exactly where I marked the nubs, Then with fingers, firmly pry the nubs out and away from the pans rim, then the lid will lift off of the pan. The pictures in this ad shows a new lid that is notched at the nubs accomplishing what I did with a permanent marker on the old style lid.

• If used in the oven or griller, let the rack rest for few minutes before soaking in water and soap to avoid warping.
• For Easy Cleanup, using a baking pan, pour warm water & dishwashing soap on the pan, INVERT the Cooling Rack inside the pan, and soak for 2 hours or overnight.
• Do not put in the microwave
• Do not use your cooling rack in any temperature above 575 degrees F.

PROPER USE & CARE OF BAKING PAN:

• Upon first use, hand wash you baking pan w/ warm water & soap.
• Do not place the baking pan in the dishwasher. It is NOT dishwasher safe.
• To extend the life of your baking pan, place a piece of Kitchenatics pre-cut parchment paper inside the pan before using for roasting or grilling.
• If used in the oven or griller, let the sheet pan rest for few minutes before soaking in water and soap to avoid warping.
• For Easy Cleanup, using a baking pan, pour warm water & dishwashing soap on the pan, INVERT the cooling rack inside the pan, and soak for 2-4 hours or overnight.
• To remove discoloration of the pan, create a paste of cream of tartar powder, lemon juice & white vinegar or mix 3 tbsp of each & mix with 1 quart of water, boil & pour in the pan to soak for few minutes. Using a nonabrasive pad, scrub the pan & wash with warm water.
• Use only silicone or wooden spoons to avoid scraping the surface of the pan.
• Do not put in the microwave
• Do not use your baking pan in any temperature above 500 degrees F.

PROPER USE & CARE OF PARCHMENT PAPER:

• DO NOT preheat oven, grill, or air fryer with parchment paper alone inside. This creates a fire hazard as the heat could cause the paper to float and catch on fire.
• DO NOT allow paper to splay over the sides of the pan as this could also create a fire hazard.
• DO NOT take out all sheets in the packaging, if not needed.
• Do not use your pre-cut parchment sheets in any temperature above 450 degrees F.
