Question:	It's thick or not?inside is easy to peel off?i bought a set before.i used simple brush (not metallic) to clean,it peel off.my food always stick on
Answer:	Just buy dawn platinum soak for a few minutes and it will come clean without having to use any brush as I don't recommend doing.I have had issues but it was due to being scratched and then it would start releasing the bone stick material.However,compared to other pans have bought her has been the easiest to clean.So lose a couple over wear and tear not bad in my opinion.as far thickness seams normal thickness.I use a little pam before using her baking pans.

Answer:	They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer hand washing. They are very easy to clean.

Answer:	This price is why I didn't go to Bed, Bath and Beyond. And it was free shipping. A great deal!

Answer:	Hi. I follow an oil-free diet which is why I bought this set. Muffins pop right out, cakes do not stick and the baking pans turn out wonderful pan-roasted veggies. All without added oil. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes but put a piece of parchment paper in the bottom of the pan. This prevents the bread dough from expanding and forcing itself out of the drain holes in the bottom of the lift out tray. What is the difference in the limited edition pan

The anodized aluminum frying pans and the pots in this collection are induction compatable. They somehow decided not to laminate the stainless still bottom plate to the griddle like they did on the pots and frying pans. I use the all the time on my induction unit. Look at the product pictures that show them in the dishwasher and see the stainless steel bottom plate laminated on the anodized aluminum pans, but there is none on the griddle.

Question:	Can I spray food or pan with non-stick spray to help spices to stick
Answer:	The biggest thing I have noticed is how fast the pan heats up. If I'm cooking something for a long time (40 mins or more), I don't care as much for speed. In fact, the D5 might be better for that. This is the preferred fry pan I use when I want to cook something quickly, like in the mornings before going to workI have a 3-ply, a D5, and a copper core. All fry pans I bought on sale. I really love seeing that "Made in USA" etching on the bottom.
Question:	What is the non stick surface made of? I know that standard non stick isn't good for your health
Answer:	The sides are 5/16-th of an inch (0.3125") above the bottom of the griddle.

Answer:	11 X 11 I LOVE THIS GRIDDLE. USE IT EVERY DAY.

Answer:	the silver plate on some all-clad aluminum skillets (but not this griddle) is not for dispersing heat -- it is to enable the skillet to be used on an induction cooktop.
