Answer:	I'm not sure about that. I don't see any reason why you couldn't - but they are really too nice for me to put them on a charcoal grill. I cooked and served pizza on them in the oven and guests thought they were only for show. Everyone was impressed!

Question:	What is heavy gauge stainless steel
Answer:	As gauge numbers increase, thickness DECREASES.. So, 16g stainless steel (a higher gauge) is thinner than a piece of 11g. This makes sense, if you remember that gauge thickness was originally numbered based on the number of times it was passed through the rolls ,before coming to a given thickness. Therefore, a higher number of gauge means thinner material. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I have no clue what grade it is.The flat area measures 10.5 but my overall size is 13.5 not 15.5. so yours should be 12.5; perfect pizza size.

Answer:	There are several things you can do. 1) Check country of origin when purchasing The location is normally listed by the shipping fees. 2) Send a message to the vendor asking for country of origin; if you get an unsatisfactory answer, shop elsewhere. 3) Include a note to the vendor stating you will not accept any item from whatever country you want to avoid. 4) If all else fails, return the item.

Answer:	I've never put mine in the dishwasher. I suppose you could, but dishwasher soap is so much stronger than dish soap it's not recommended. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	I don't use mine to cook pizzas!!!! I love them (I have 3) as serving platters. But it is good because I know they can go in the oven to keep hot appetizers hot.
Question:	What grade of stainless steel is this pan? What is its ratio of chromium to nickel
Answer:	It's a reasonable question. There are many grades of stainless steel, but basically only three grades that are used in cookware. All three of those have 18% chromium. The difference is in the percentage of nickel, which is either 0, 8, or 10 percent. The grade should be listed as 18/0, 18/8, or 18/10. Only the best and most expensive cookware will be 18/10, so in most cases you will see either 18/0 or 18/8. For practical purposes, the key difference is that 18/0 stainless steel is not rust-proof and therefore not dishwasher safe. 18/8 or 18/10 stainless can be washed in the dishwasher and will not rust. Whenever I buy stainless steel cookware, I always look for 18/8 or better. If a product listing does not specify the grade, it most likely is 18/0 because the vendor should want to advertise if it is the better grade. Also, if a product listing says "hand washing recommended" as this listing does, then you can bet that it is the 18/0 grade.

Question:	Is this product 18/20 (304) stainless steel
Answer:	My understanding is that 304 is 18/8. I spoke to someone at Norpro and the bakeware items I asked about were either 18/4 or 18/0, both less corrosion-resistant than 18/10 or 18/8. One source said not to cook anything acidic in 18/0 - so you can judge from that. Norpro folks are very helpful if you call.
Question:	I'd like to know if the sides are tapered down or straight sides please
Answer:	there is a slight curve to the sides...NOT straight. one could never use these pans for a 2-3 layer cake. this is not a traditional cake pan for layer cakes (straight sides; bottom and top opening have same measurements. it is a high quality pan, but it is NOT a cake pan.
Question:	I have had other stainless steel baking pans and had trouble with the bottoms not browning. Has anyone had this problem? thank you
Answer:	I had not had that problem. I use this pan for baking cornbread and cakes and they do brown on the bottom. Also the sides are vertical not slanted as so many pans are these days. Hope this helps.
Question:	where is this pan made
Answer:	When I received the pans I remembered being a little disappointed because they were not made in the US, and the US and one of the Scandinavian countries have the finest steel in the world. However, they are of heavy weight, bake evenly, and clean up well with SOS soap pads. That's all I require and they were the right price too.

Answer:	I believe the timing is affected by your mix and how wet the batter is. As a ballpark, if you look at the Aunt Jemima cornmeal recipe for corn muffins which is approximately the amount for the mini loaves, it says 425degree oven for 15-18 minutes. Cornbread is usually baked hot and quick. Good luck.

Answer:	Mine has stood up to several good scrubbings. Never used a green scrubby, but a metal Brillo and SOS pads. They have fine scratches but no tarnishing. Not sure what to tell you.

Answer:	I put the cookie dough on the pan at room temperature. They all cook evenly and take the amount of time indicated in the recipe. I really love this pan and have a second one in a different size. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to all my friends.

Answer:	Even so it is not stamped, it is most likely an 18/10 stainless steel but likewise if it would be an 18/8 steel, the difference would be of no importance. Further to your information, the 18 stands for the Nickel contend while the 10 or 8 would be for the Chromium contend. In any case it is a top quality product.

Answer:	No,,, This is a heavy duty high quality pan. I have two of these pans for baking cookies. I take one out and pop in the second pan. These are the best pans I have ever owned and they fit in my toaster oven perfectly. I have a bad back and don't like bending over, so I bought these pans for my toaster oven and I just love these pans. You will be pleasantly surprised when you get these pans, they are absolutely the best quality.
Question:	Also, has anyone washed this in the dishwasher? it says hand wash, but with a family of 5 we have too many dishes to hand wash everything
Answer:	I have run mine through the dishwasher, but please be advised it will dull/damage the finish so it won't look quite as nice and most of the nonstick feature will be lost. However, I use mine in my toaster oven and simply wipe some olive oil on the surface before placing food on it and putting it in the oven.

Answer:	One pan - the one on the right. The one on the left is different. I haven't used it heavily, but it's working well. Buy a roll of parchment paper at the Groc. store to help with cleanup.

Answer:	Stainless steel can be magnetic depending on the allloy and how much iron it has. Stainless is prefered because it does not rust. Good cookie sheet for toaster oven. Replaced one that got lost.
