Answer:	Outside dimensions (including the rolled lip edge) are 17.75" x 13".The inside flat cooking area (before it bends to create the side) is 16.5" x 11.5".

Answer:	The 3 Piece Baker's Delight Set is made from a 20 gauge aluminum.
Question:	Is there a silicone mat that fits the 21" x 15" pan perfectly? I only found the 16 1/2" x 11-5/8" ones. I'd like to use the entire space of the pan
Answer:	I know this is late to answer the question but if you still want to know there is this (on Amazon) New Star Foodservice 36657 Commercial Grade Silicone Baking Mat Non Stick Pan Liner, 14-Inch by 20-Inch, 2/3 Size, it's not perfect, but close.
Question:	Does these pans warp at high heat? i.e
Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Answer:	I ordered half sheet pans and Silpat inserts at the same time. I tried the mats as soon as they came and they fit well. Only a small edge around the entire pan that was not covered. For my style of baking / cooking, it was okay for me.
Question:	Pans turned green washing with regular soap. Is there a special way to wash these baking pans
Answer:	I do not know, what soap you maybe using, as I have washed mine several times (by hand and I use Dawn liquid detergent) and have not had a color change issue.

Question:	What are the interior dimensions? Hoping to fit my Silpat baking mat into it
Answer:	The descriptions of this table state that you can use it for cleaning fish. There is a plastic cover that fits over the table top. The table top is made of some kind of nylon or polyester fabric with hard slats sewn into them to create a hard surface. The adjustable height of the table would make it useful for cleaning fish. I would, however, use large plastic bins for the sloppy work. I would also exercise care with sharp objects because I believe the plastic cover could easily be punctured, sliced or easily dislodged.

Answer:	We called Browning Camping and they said that they have not assigned a weight capacity to this table. They have heard that customers have placed 80lbs on it. Browning Camping suggest to place weight on the table evenly for balance.

Answer:	I have the Alps recliners and they are identical to the Brownings. I'd guess the table is the same.
