Answer:	Both sheets are 14 x 15-1/2 (not including the turn-up for gripping then they are 14 x 16). No coating, just two layers, aluminum, insulated for even baking. I have always used parchment paper and they stay looking like new
Question:	Does the 16 in measurement include the "handle"? My oven is only 17 x 17, I just had to return another set b/c measurements were of the baking area

Answer:	I have had 2 Airbake cookie sheets since they first came on the shelves for sale...Years and Years. I have kept mine clean and fairly shiny. I do clean them with soap and my scrubbie pad. I clean them when hot. Never submersed in water but always rinsed off and stand to dry or I just dry them quickly. I have a few brown spots on them...but only a few. I do not believe the brown spots make anything taste better, it just shows they have been used and loved. In the past years when I did have more brown spots on them I used Easy Off but only once or twice. The last 5 or 6 years I make my own cleaning /laundry Soap and that it all I use now. For the last few years I have used Parchment Paper, or Teflon Sheets to bake the cookies on the Airbake, and this cuts down cleaning to NIL. I am ordering the silpat like baking sheets forthe Airbaks today as I just found the correct size for the Airbake...yeah. Answer:	The cookies do brown but you have a better control of how brown you want them to get. I have used Airbake cookie sheets for years and I have never burned a cookie yet. I do start at the suggested baking time for the recipe and adjust it to the depth of color I want them to get.

Question:	What is the country of origin for the stainless steel
Answer:	I looked for the country of origin on the Amazon site and then on packaging when it arrived...nothing. Some research on the web leads me to believe they are made by a company in China. They are very well made and even beautiful, but I do wish the country of origin was clearly marked.

Answer:	Yes dishwasher safe and cleans up very well. Very sturdy pans.
Question:	Can you tell us clearly what grade of stainless steel these are made out of? If a magnet does stick to them they are not made of food grade stainless
Answer:	The site states 18/0 stainless which means it contains no nickel (the latter of which is expensive) and which is sometimes called 430 stainless steel. It is slightly more subject to corrosion than 18/8 or 18/10 which are used for eating utensils. It is somewhat magnetic. From what I have read, that is not a determinant of whether it's food grade or not. Furthermore, if you check Amazon and restaurant supply sites, most baking pans are made of 18/0. That's all I know and have stated it as clearly as I can.

Answer:	18/0 stainless steel and about .75mm thick according to other question responders. I don't know why they aren't actually stamped, but I just know they are really nice pans functioning very well for my uses.

Answer:	The base of the pan measures 12 3/4 inches by 18 inches The mat measures 11 1/2 inches by 16 1/2 inches. So, no they don't cover the entire bottom of the sheet pan.
