Answer:	The pad is pretty rough but I'm not sure what it is made of. I used it in my fiberglass tub and it cleaned really well. I didn't notice that it scratched it.

Answer:	Just one. I wouldn't order this. The pad is so stiff that it doesn't do the corners of the tub very well. I had one from Vermont Country Store that worked much better and will be ordering another one to replace this one.

Answer:	If you are referring to the spec that says: "Rivet Range: 0.5 - 5mm" I believe that refers to the depth, or thickness, of the materials that the rivet can grip, e.g. it could be set (and hold) into something at least 0.5mm thick, and not more than 5.0mm thick. That refers to total thickness of all layers, not of any one layer. I do not believe it refers to the thread pitch of the M5 nut. In my experience, an M5 designation (or M2, M10, etc.) refers to the course thread unless otherwise specified. In addition, the normal nomenclature would be M5x0.5 for a fine thread, not 0.5 - 5.0mm.
