Answer:	This pan has a dimpled surface and is much more forgiving than regular non stick cookie sheets. I have used a knife on one of mine with no noticeable damage. But, when doing bars you are dragging the knife so I cannot say for sure that it will not be damaged. Linda

Answer:	Well, description states up to 450° and I think a broiler is 500°, isn’t it? So I wouldn’t know the answer to that for sure. Maybe it would be ok for a short period? I have used this pan to roast country pork ribs, and roasted veggies at 425°, and these pans are BY FAR- my favorite pans I’ve ever used. Roasting comes out with nice browning and a crisp. They are VERY good quality, and thick. For the price, I’d definitely recommend trying it out! ;)

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "more than one thing." I use it to warm up sauce for pasta (without the strainer). It can also be used to steam any sort of vegetable. We even used it recently to warm up steamed pork dumplings. It is 3 quarts. The steaming surface is only as big as the diameter of the pot which is 7 inches. If you had a rack type insert (like for an airfryer), you could probably do two layers in the steamer insert, but the bottom would probably cook quicker than the top layer.
