Question:	Does these pans warp at high heat? i.e
Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Answer:	Terrific easel. The tallest board on the easel might hit your 8' ceiling, but you could lop off 4 inches. I am 5'8" and need 4" more to work eye level, standing, on a small painting. But if that were important, I THINK all that is needed is to do as I said...lop off 4 inches at the top..
