Answer:	In the picture showing, the bottom trays are about an inch deep. The top tray is no more than two. Great cookware. Its all we use.

And guess what, l even scrub them using a mild aluminum pad. There’s also another thing l want buyers to know that l always have on hand : The Bar Keepers Friend. This white powder is magic! I mixed it with Dawn dishwashing liquid and cleaning is a breeze. I used these pans about 3 times weekly and they still look nice and shiny!!! Meanwhile l wash them by hand.

Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Answer:	Both sheets are 14 x 15-1/2 (not including the turn-up for gripping then they are 14 x 16). No coating, just two layers, aluminum, insulated for even baking. I have always used parchment paper and they stay looking like new
Question:	Does the 16 in measurement include the "handle"? My oven is only 17 x 17, I just had to return another set b/c measurements were of the baking area

Question:	How can you clean them once they turn brown
Answer:	I have had 2 Airbake cookie sheets since they first came on the shelves for sale...Years and Years. I have kept mine clean and fairly shiny. I do clean them with soap and my scrubbie pad. I clean them when hot. Never submersed in water but always rinsed off and stand to dry or I just dry them quickly. I have a few brown spots on them...but only a few. I do not believe the brown spots make anything taste better, it just shows they have been used and loved. In the past years when I did have more brown spots on them I used Easy Off but only once or twice. The last 5 or 6 years I make my own cleaning /laundry Soap and that it all I use now. For the last few years I have used Parchment Paper, or Teflon Sheets to bake the cookies on the Airbake, and this cuts down cleaning to NIL. I am ordering the silpat like baking sheets forthe Airbaks today as I just found the correct size for the Airbake...yeah. Answer:	The cookies do brown but you have a better control of how brown you want them to get. I have used Airbake cookie sheets for years and I have never burned a cookie yet. I do start at the suggested baking time for the recipe and adjust it to the depth of color I want them to get.

Answer:	I put mine in the dishwasher — both parts (silicone and pan). I think they are stainless steel (like most flatware), so it won’t rust. At least mine haven’t rusted yet (each pan and silicone liner has been washed at least half a dozen times, if not more).
