Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Use and Care for Natural Aluminum

• Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.

• Dishwasher use is not advised as discoloration will occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent. This discoloration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan.

• Natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, and also traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil work well.

• Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended. Metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminum pans, but will not affect baking performance

Question:	Who manufactures this product? U.S. made or overseas
Answer:	Actually, no. I just got the manufacturer info and these were made in China.
Question:	What is this bakeware made of? What material, stainless, aluminum, I do not see it stated. Seems the coating has been coming off, for some people?? Can you tell me anything about this!! Does not sound good
Answer:	What I found is that the coating did not come off, but all food browned onto it, especially the edges browned within one use. It's got to be aluminum because stainless steel shouldn't act that way.It is the same make but different colored handles of Paul Deen and other famous chefs, trying to sell the same item. Again, this item twerked, went kiddywampa on me and does not lie flat. Had to revert to using a Silpat on it and I would go thumbs on a buying a Silpat to line any pan and the Silpat washes right off.

Answer:	No they are not. The pans are metal coated on a non stick coating which works very well.

Answer:	its not supposed to...I really love them all...easy clean up.

Answer:	In the picture showing, the bottom trays are about an inch deep. The top tray is no more than two. Great cookware. Its all we use.

Answer:	The inside dimension of the 13 x 9 pan is 12 x 8 , hope this helps. It is a regular size 9 x 13 pan they are all this size inside , I measured my old one and it's the same. This is a really great pan , Wilton is the best and I bake a lot.
