Question:	how deep is it
Answer:	It will fit, but there may be some slight movement of the rack in the pan. I would recommend putting foil over the pan, laying the rack over the foil and then lightly crimping the foil around the edge of pan. The foil may stabilize the rack a bit and you will have easy clean up if you are planning to roast something in the oven.
Question:	Why does mine stain so easily? It has lots of brown stains on it after only a dozen or so uses
Answer:	We have not had any issues with rust - although we don't put them in the dishwasher either. We wash them by hand and air dry in the rack. We have been happy with the quality, I'm glad I spent a little more.

Question:	Can I use olive spray on this pan
Answer:	It is the nature of the beast. I have an older one that is all nice and brown...I will pull THAT one first to use rather than my newer ones. I am patiently waiting for the newer ones to brown up too. I guess my thought is...it is kind of like a cast iron pan....they "cure" themselves. I use these pans for EVERYTHING...from cookies to French fries to meat items. If you were used to using darker "new" pans, you probably never noticed them curing themselves too, due to their dark color consistency. It is just the nature of the beast. There is nothing wrong with the pans themselves.

Answer:	Amazon lists two sizes for the same item, choose when purchasing. I use the "Medium" size, 15 x 10 x 1 (14.75 x 9.75 x 1 on the product insert). The pan is flared. My personal measurement is 15.5 x 10.5 at the top.

Answer:	Hi, Jessika. Pan is 17 5/8 inches long and 12 13/16 inches wide from outer rim to rim.

Answer:	Does the spray have Lecithin in it? (That’s the stuff that bakes on hard and is like glue on a pan.) I use lite olive oil and a silicon brush to spread it around. You could even get a spritzer fill with olive oil. (Would be cheaper than canned olive spray. :) Hope that helps. These are better than using aluminum sheets! aluminum absorbs into the body and lodged in the brain.

Answer:	17 7/8 x 11 3/4 , the interior dimensions are 1/2 inch square, there are four feet that run two and three quarter inches from each edge, it can certainly use some feet across the middle, it is very strong but it will sag in the middle because of the lack of feet there. The bent metal rods that act as the feet are a little less than one eighth of an inch in diameter. Check out the photo on Amazon.

Answer:	I’m pretty sure it is. To my knowledge it is overheated nonstick coating that might be unsafe for birds. This sheet doesn’t have a nonstick coating. It works great too.

Answer:	I use it in a standard jellyroll pan, which is 11 1/2 inches or more in width and 17 3/4 inches in length. I wrap the pan with aluminum foil before I begin the roasting. the rack sits on the edges of the pan and the feet do not touch to bottom. If the pan were larger than the rack, it would sit about 3/4 inches above the pan to the top surface of the rack. The feet are 5/8 inches and sit below the rack surface. I seem to get even cooking.
