The instructions are on the box, but i googled for you as found on Google Arrange potato slices in single layer on paper towel; cover with another paper towel; press out liquid; surface should appear dry. Sprinkle on desired seasonings. Arrange slices in single layer on microwave potato chip tray; or, on parchment paper that is sprayed with cooking oil on top of microwave-safe plate. Answer:	Beets chips work great in the oven, but not microwave. Definitely worth trying!

Answer:	It can be tricky to make chips. The most important point is to slice the potato or other vegetable 1/32" thick. Remove any bEmits he's, especially dark spots as these can result in burning of the vegetable and the tray itself! Place the slices on the tray leaving a bit of space around each slice. You will have to experiment a bit to deter,one the correct time for each vegetable. Start with 2 minutes, then 2 1/2, etc. once finished the chips should be slightly colored. Leave them to cool For a minute, then try them. After experimenting you should find the best time for cooking. Note that one tray does not make many chips!Good Luck

Answer:	When all else fails: READ THE DIRECTIONS THAT COME WITH THE PRODUCT. My directions do not mention the idea of pre-heating a conventional oven and then melting my product for a set number of minutes.I have, however, used a broiler pan (the one with an insert with holes in in to drain the fat away) to make homemade baked french fries. Perhaps one of those would work for chips. But, for the $$ sense, I would use the microwave for cost savings to make a bowl of chips.NOTA: I have also discoverd that it is best to let the Microwave rest several minutes between batches as the unit gets very hot while using the Mastrad. And, for cleaning afterwards, there is a plastic (NOTE: PLASTIC) ring which helps the Mastrad maintain the round shape that pops out easily to help clean the interior section of the chip maker. And it pops back in very easily. This PLASTIC ring would not last very long at 350 degrees for ten minutes.I hope this helps answer your question. Be safe.
