The fact that if it sticks, it wipes out easily, no scrubbing. The cover is great when used for steaming or cooking without splashing and the smaller pan I use constantly for breakfasts or for making a couple of burgers. I ;love my pans because they are what I was looking for, others may not have gotten what they wanted. |

We have a flat cooktop and have had the pan for approximately 2 weeks. So far, it has performed as advertised. |

It reminds of epoxy created by 3M for high heat surface repair scenarios. |
